Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Literally can not return items for a refund or get through to anyone. Had issues with the return portal only offering store credit (I’m well within the return regulations for a refund)
I’ve emailed every day for the last 5 days with only one reply. Asking what I wanted to return even though I already stated in my email what I wanted to return. So a pointless unhelpful msg. So basically I’m left with items I don’t want and wasted nearly £100

Ordered my 2nd Mystery Box after the 1st was really good last year, this time the quality is poor and 1 item arrived damaged. Have tried to contact them on multiple occasions but have had no response. Poor customer service.

Great hoodie
Great hoodie, bought it as a birthday present for my son and he loved it.
I had an issue as I’d ordered the wrong size. Customer service was great at sorting it out for me.
Really pleased. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Trui ziet er gedragen en afgeleefd uit en slecht klantenservice
Een trui besteld op hun site.
Deze komt helemaal niet overeen met de foto’s en de beschrijving en ziet er heel afgeleefd en gedragen uit.
De klantendienst gestuurd voor een kosteloze refund. Deze werd niet geaccepteerd, omdat ze beweren dat dit zo hoort.
Nu moet ik 19 pond betalen om de trui terug te sturen. Ook heb ik al 7 pond betaald voor verzending. Een dure grap.

Great quality and super responsive customer service
Ordered a few items for Christmas and I was impressed with the quality. Super comfortable and soft shirts. They accidentally sent the wrong size (though it ended up working out as I had ordered the wrong size for my brother in law!) and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating in offering to send the correct size.
Excited to order more items!

Regular customer, quality of clothing is hit and miss but customer service is very good.

Great clothing store
Ordered quite a few times now and never been let down. Clothing is really good quality and the designs are great.
I love the mystery boxes - you never know what designs you're gonna get, but it's always quality gear.
Only ever had one order that wasn't right (joggers instead of a sweatshirt) but the returns process was quick and easy.
Highly recommend

Great service
Great service, we needed to return an item as size wrong and they arranged for this at a local padel club who stocked the gear! Great service and great clothing! All hassle free!

Excellent service from this company
Excellent service from this company. I was really impressed with the quality of the t-shirt but then to find it didn’t fit meant I needed to exchange it. Even though it had been for a Christmas present so meant it was out of the original returns window, they made sure I was still able to get an exchange for a different size.

Great products and service
I bought a number of items online with UN:IK (Tees and Sweaters) and was really happy with the quality of design and fit.
In general the whole process was very easy and deliver was completed quickly too - with good update communications throughout also.
There was only one minor hiccup as one of the Tees I ordered didn't arrive with the rest of my order but once I had contacted the team at UN:IK (with proof of missing item) they couldn't have been more helpful and were able to ensure the missing delivery was sent immediately and without any fuss.
Will definitely be recommending and am sure I will be visiting the online store again soon.

My mum had bought me a Tailenders hoodie for Christmas but not the design I had wanted. Despite the order being well out of their returns window, UN:IK let me exchange my hoodie purely as a goodwill gesture.
Very much appreciated from a leg-spinner with a non-cricket mother!!
