Great customer service - shout out to Pat for handling my online order!

After leaving a 5 star review as the sales team were helpful on how I could return/exchange item , this has all gone down hill since.
The first sweater had to be exchanged as was way too small despite me having same item in same size previously, the replacement sweater was received but had fault with inside label stitching, basically very poor stitching that distorted item. Eventually they agreed this was a fault and replacement would be sent but only once the replacement item received back, now the second item received and has the same fault. I immediately contacted the team, only to receive this message:

This item was checked by our Warehouse manager and deemed acceptable to ship, nearly all of our vintage range has tag finishing like this, this is due to the nature of the material.

Unbelievable, it’s not the material just terrible stitching, offered discount to keep or can return. So after 5 weeks of payment I am now having to return 3rd item and await refund.
Had requested to email manager/director but told they are on annual leave.

Ordered the lovely day for a Guinness top. Previously messaged the instagram for some advice on sizing. Amazing customer service and amazing product. Will definitely order again.

Helped me out so much when I left a shirt out of my order, was shipping overseas and saved me extra shipping fees! Quality people who are willing to help! Fantastic clothing too

I’ve ordered a few things from this company previously and all items have been of high quality. The team were very helpful when something I ordered did not arrive at the intended location. Pat and Eve were very helpful and eventually managed to locate the parcel. 10/10 would reccomend!

Ordered 6 items and they arrived in a decent timeframe. I like a big oversized feel, so I wanted to exchange to a bigger size And return one other item. This was so simple to do, I exchanged easily, one of the products I ordered didn’t have the bigger size in stock, so I just chose another style. Then the cap
I wanted to return was given as store credit (as it was a sale item. Totally understandable and this is mentioned on their website, which I looked at before purchasing my order, so was aware my sale purchases would be exchange or store credit only returns) I sent the parcel back, and was having issues trying to track the parcel and It had been over a week since I sent it back. I emailed the company and they were great. Got back to me within 24 hours and sorted it all the next day. Eve and Pat were helpful and friendly. My new parcel arrived the next day and I love my new items. I ordered 3 jumpers and a tshirt. They are a great fit, the perfect jumper to feel cosy and comfortable in too. Will definitely buy from here again

Ordered some joggers. They were massive. The labels were cut out, not showing where they were made - I suspect China.

Tired to return them for a refund only to be told it’s store credit only!

Disgusting. Dishonest.

I’ve made multiple orders from UN:IK now, including T-shirts, jumpers and hoodies. The designs look great, and the quality and fit is always spot on! Always my go-to for new tops now!

Purchased a sweatshirt I'd had my eye on for yonks! Adore it. Had a slight manufacturing issue but all was resolved quickly. Will be back for more.

Had a small issue with an item and reached out to the UN:IK team. The item had already been worn and washed, but Pat was more than happy to help and offered me a discount on a replacement. He was under no obligation to do so either.

It's this kind of interaction that makes supporting brands like UN:IK such a pleasure. The fit and finish of their tees is also top-tier. Will be buying again from them soon.

I ordered a medium jumper and a large was delivered. Even though it was their error, they won’t ship the correct size until I ship the other product back to them. We’ve been going back & forth on email about processing the return which is a waste of my time. After a few emails they realised I’m based in Ireland and said “this UPS link should work instead”. It didn’t work. Still waiting on a solution and wasting time to try rectify their mistake. Order #308513

The clothes are dreadful quality firstly. They have decent looking socials but the clothes are awful - the jumpers/joggers are the worst, thin, feel worn and cheap.

The customer service is perhaps even worse - I sent back a £200 order which they said in an email they’d refund 50% (the other 50 on store credit) as a gesture of good will and they’ve tracked back on that. So they’re holding £200 of my money.

Don’t buy from here - they don’t refund, the care is terrible and the clothes somehow the worst bit about all of this. They’re horrific.

A really wide range of cool designs and everything I’ve ordered has been really high quality. Great customer service too. Highly recommend!

Good quality clothes. Easy to prder and easy to exchange. I had an email query about a return that was responded to within an hour.

Don’t normally leave reviews but purchased a vice 84 hoodie and more than pleasantly surprised with the quality, also ordered the wrong size and customer service quickly amended my order for. Excellent
