I have A LOT of clothes from this company. In general I love their clothes. Do I wish some things were better? Sure, after a few washes the colours tend to lose their vibrancy and I do think a lot of their stuff is overpriced. That said, I still choose to shop there. I stopped for a year after they started screwing up my orders. I recently came back and placed an order and yet again they messed it up and sent me the wrong size.

I’m not sure who is doing the packing, but they do a terrible job. Customer service is also slow to reply or not that helpful. I do hope they improve on all this.

I ordered in time for Christmas and was sent completely the wrong item even though the order form contained within the parcel listed the correct item. My son is without a present at Christmas and it’s incredibly sad and frustrating

Great service (and comm’s when I wanted to exchange an item for a different size). Great quality and unique designs. My son loves the stiff from these guys!

They advertise with fast shipping (3-5 days to Germany) but it’s been two weeks an my order hasn’t even arrived in Germany!

Clothes look great, really good quality. Extremely helpful in getting a late order to me in Aus before Christmas and so pleasant to communicate with !

I had previously been happy with the quality of products. I ordered a Guinness jumper and it was faulty (at a seam) and I also thought the quality of the fabric was poor for the price. I was very disappointed when customer service failed to help me with a refund, which is a legal right of the consumer. If they don’t help me with a refund I will not use the website again.

Ordered some clothing from UN:IK. The quality is great and the designs are perfect. Had a request to exchange my items which Pat and Eve helped with for a seamless process. 10/10 would order from again!

I bought a cool looking bag for my brother for Christmas and received it quite quickly. There were some issues with the quality but I’m happy with the customer service followup. It was a bit slow due to the season, but I was told the returns window is paused once a complaint is raised so that was a relief. Once they sorted it, a new bag was sent and received quickly. The designs are fun, and hopefully my brother will like it.

I had a concern over an exchange and getting a new item shipped. Pat alleviated concerns and helped me out. It's nice to have real people support when its often a bot these days.

I had a problem with my order and Pat responded very quickly and alleviated my concerns. It’s nice to receive a human response to an issue like this. The company are legit and sent the package quickly. Though I’m not in love with the product quality, I cannot fault the customer service.

Great service! I bought a gym bag as a present for my son unaware my partner had bought the same one the day before. A quick email explaining and my order was cancelled and refunded in a flash.

Ordered two jumpers and only one arrived. Supported UNIK for several years and love their products but after this experience they have lost a loyal supporter. Chasing a part missing order. Communication is very poor if at all. WONT BUY AGAIN. So disappointed and out of pocket £25 and no jumper. How is that right!!!!!

Product images on the site are not an accurate representation. The T shirt I thought I was buying was a completely different fit and style to the cheap basic t shirt I received. They want me to pay £3.95 to return the item and have ignored multiple emails to customer service. Avoid

The parcel was lost, two times. I was waiting for weeks. They always told me it’s on the way now. I’m waiting my refund. I hope at least this is working. If not, I will take legal actions. It’s quite disappointing seemed as good looking T-shirts, but never received them.

I was on the fence about purchasing a shirt for my husband from UN:IK — mostly because I had already covered his birthday gifts — but then I received their Black Friday email. It wasn’t just the discount that convinced me; it was the heartfelt message. They acknowledged the challenges of the year while reaffirming their commitment to independent clothing brands and unique design. That sincerity pushed me from “maybe later” to “buy now.”

I first came across UN:IK products while visiting Ireland earlier this year and was immediately struck by the quality and originality of their pieces. That impression stayed with me, and this recent purchase only reinforced it. Even though the shirt is still on its way, my interactions with their customer service team have been outstanding — prompt, warm, and genuinely helpful.

Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed. UN:IK has earned a loyal supporter, and I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone.

I recently ordered a Guinness Tote Bag, but the incorrect design was delivered. I contacted the company to resolve the issue, and they offered two options: return the item for a refund once received, or keep the incorrect item at a discounted price and place a new order for the original design. However, there was no acknowledgment of their error, and I am being asked to cover the £3.95 return postage to receive my refund. From reading other comments it seems a lot of items are incorrectly received. Following this review the company contacted me with a resolution but didn't follow through with it. They are now completely ignoring my emails and i am no further forward with getting it sorted.I don't recommend purchasing from the.
