2nd purchase from this brand on a recent visit in London. Purchased my 2nd pair of Series 1's from their Soho showroom on Marshall Street. Received them 2 days later as promised and I must say when they arrived once again I was blown away by the care and attention to detail. The sneakers had been carefully presented and came with clear care instructions.
The quality, look and feel of the actual sneakers is just like my 1st pair amazing and so far I am happy with my decision.
Must say a big thank you to both Stephen and Georgina who I believe are co-founders of the brand who helped me with questions I had on shipping and re-sizing.
I am sure this will not be my last purchase from the brand.

Just received my 6th pair from the team at Uniform Standard and hands down these are best quality minimal leather sneakers for the $$$. Shipping is super quick, unboxing is always spot on, and team are super helpful with emails. Particularly appreciate their transparency with shipping/returns fees, as it means I’m never paying extra for the benefit of someone else’s return. Keep up the great work team and can’t wait to visit your London store next summer !

Total scam with their return policy. Got charged $90 to return shoes from a $235 purchase when their website clearly states only a $5 return fee. Stay away - not worth the hassle and the shoes aren't even that good. Complete waste of money. Tell me this is not a waste of money?

Update 1: ***Not only that, but a co-founder reached out to my personal linked in to harass me for this comment! Freaking unbelievable!!! ***

Update 2: I need to correct the company's response. The co-founder did not reach out to offer assistance - she only contacted me to bash me for my negative review, which I have every right to share. Your $90 US return fee should be clearly disclosed upfront, not hidden behind vague policy language. I stand by my review: your return policy is deliberately misleading and amounts to a scam.

Buyers must be protected from this!

I don’t usually write reviews but I think the guys in uniform standard are very helpful and the customer service is fantastic the shoes are excellent quality and really well made there’s different styles and lots of colour options this is now my go to place for sneakers

I sometimes leave reviews about restaurants. Never clothing. But the shoes I bought from these guys last Friday arrived today and are so good here I am writing this review. A first.
The whole experience was outstanding. A great range of shoes, casual in the lighter colours and a bit more classic/formal in the darker colours. A huge range including many subtle colours. If you can’t find the colour you want here you won’t find it anywhere. The leather/suede is soft and supple, the fit great and in several styles. It’s immediately obvious that they are very well made.
And at great value prices. Not cheap but far from expensive. All in an understated minimal shop.
The service by I believe the owner, Stephen, was just as I wanted. A detailed fitting, very unusual these days, and helpful guidance without pressure. My wife and I bought six pairs between us and will be back for more.
I’ve just realised that this sounds like a load of puff or I’ve got a financial interest. I haven’t. I just like what these guys are doing and want them to be around for a long time so I can buy more. Ivor French

Integrity of product also reflected in the service. Got to for smart trainers I can wear at work and smart t shirts that are not overpriced. Good rep within hospitality business.

Have owned three pairs of shoes in the last 5yrs with Uniform Standard. Their personalised service is top notch. They even took on my feedback about soles wearing through faster than expected (the rubber is recycled after all) and I'm glad to report the latest Series 1's have a new reinforced sole!

High quality shoes. The customer service was second to none. They ensured I found the best colour and size for me. Swift and friendly replies to any questions.

I've bought a few , the quality is very good and the service however I'm a size 9 and they come up a bit tight and the 10 is a bit big . Be absolutely perfect if they did 1/2 sizes , appreciate that this may be costly but I'm sure it would cause 100% satisfaction and possibly more revenue .

Bought a pair of ladies Series 1 trainers for my lady as a surprise, ordered late Sunday eve and were here by Tuesday morning, great work there! Had a look at them and seem really well made as well, and she was really happy with them.

One thing I'd say is make sure you take note of the sizing guidance, I ordered one size up and if I was ordering for myself I'd be one up as well, so makes me wonder why US don't just amend it so you'd order your normal size, they must get a lot of unnecessary returns by doing this?

I purchased a very nice pair of white sneakers from Uniform Standard. Not that you would sneak around in these and not be noticed. Anyway, more to the point, I am delighted with my purchase. They look great, are well made and well worth the money. One happy bunny.

Honestly, you won’t find a better company to purchase from! The help on sizing is excellent and is just like if you asked a friend for more information on something you liked of theirs.

The quality of the products are top notch and like most things in life - you get what you pay for. I’ve bought sneakers, beanies, wallets and other shoe care items. Will be back for repeat purchases in different colour ways.

Stephen and his team have created such an amazing brand and such an amazing product line. During a recent trip to London with my family, I wondered into Uniform Standards store. I had never heard of the brand before but to be honest I had been looking for a specific type of brand to purchase the whole time I was in the UK. The brand had to feel good in my hands and against my skin. It also had to be high quality and made with depth and intentionality. The only thing I hadn’t factored in was the quality of the people who would made the clothing. Let me tell you this and I mean it, Stephen and his team are as genuine, gracious and as hospitable as any team I’ve ever met! I’m saying all this to say that you should go check out their clothing and consider adding a few pieces to your wardrobe! It will be one of the best experiences of your month! They also had to ship a pair of shows back to the US for me! The shoes arrived faster that I would have ever thought possible!

Quality of the items is great. The service received is excellent, with my order despatched about twenty minutes after I placed it.

I have had these shoes for over a year and have worn them once per week on average and they still hurt my heels when I wear them for any length of time.
I have followed the manufacturers instructions after initially bringing the issue to their attention and nothing has worked.

Sizing guidance on website worked really well. Rapid response when I had a question.

Delivered within a couple of days very effieciently and shoes look great. They also fitted perfectly. Really impressed.

Being a lover of luxury sneakers and despite being a self confessed Common Projects addict, I am always on look out for alternatives.
Am pleased to say that I have found it in Uniform Standard.
Have now purchased 2 pairs of the Series 1 in Suede and adore them. The quality of the shoe is brilliant and the silhouette is great.
This coupled with the excellent customer service from Georgina and the team means I'm a firm fan and will be purchasing more.
Note: The shoes run slightly small (as outlined on the website) so be sure to use their handy fitting guide. For reference I am a UK 10 normally but have found the Uniform Standard UK 11 to be spot on.
