⭐ 1/5 – Horrible Quality, Uncomfortable, and Poorly Designed
These uniforms are an absolute nightmare. Made from 100% polyester, they trap heat, don’t breathe, and are especially unbearable for women dealing with hormonal fluctuations. They cause constant discomfort, hot flushes, and irritation during long shifts.
The quality is just as bad. They stain easily and start bobbling within days, making them look cheap and worn out almost immediately.

It’s shocking that a company supplying professional uniforms doesn’t prioritise basic comfort, durability, or staff wellbeing.

The fit is one of the worst issues. The trousers are loose on the calves but extremely tight on the thighs, making them both unflattering and restrictive. The tops are tight across the shoulders but have excess fabric gathering around the neck and bust, so they sit awkwardly and look untidy.

The high neck designs are completely impractical, especially for hands-on roles like massage—they feel restrictive and get in the way constantly.
There is also little to no consideration for different body shapes—no proper options for petite, tall, or curvier figures (especially those with hips), making a comfortable fit nearly impossible.

This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s years of ongoing discomfort and frustration. Therapists deserve breathable, well-fitting, long-lasting uniforms—anything less is unacceptable.

Please do better. Our industry is made up largely of women—comfort, inclusivity, and wellbeing should be a priority, not an afterthought. It’s time to raise the standard and support the people expected to wear these uniforms every day.

Buyer beware

Bought a tunic in all the pictures it had a belt when it arrived no belt so feel like I was mislead I had to send it back and it cost me £6 had it tracked and signed for now there are saying they haven’t received it would not recommend using this company I’ve never had such a bad experience still no refund

Froby expects me to contact them of which I have THEY so far have IGNORED my email sent 3 of the same email so far!
Then they give an option to exchange at my cost of postage when it is due to their inadequacy!!

Terrible communication from this…

Terrible communication from this company. I have now waited over 4 weeks to receive a uniform for my member of staff. At no point did they reach out to say it was out of stock. They then promised a delivery date once I had to reach out to them. It’s came as no surprise that it’s still not arrived! It’s such a shame as I do like there uniform but this has really made me think twice about ordering from them again in the future

Purchased a uniform dress for my…

Purchased a uniform dress for my grandaughter when it came the pocket had slit in it I returned it they REPAIRED it when I had asked for a refund and supposedly sent it back to me I never received the dress they said I had signed for it which was impossible because there was no one at my house for that week we was on holiday the company are a joke no customer service and now no dress and £48 loss they have closed the case and will not answer any of my emails please fo not purchase from this company just look at the star rating

Very disappointed

I have used this company many years ago and the service and quality was exceptional.

I cannot comment on the quality as I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and am still waiting. The service however I can comment on and it is abysmal.

When I emailed to enquire about my delivery I was palmed off with an excuse about staff holidays, and was told to expect my delivery last week. I am still waiting and further emails have been ignored and phone lines aren't manned.

I am now in a situation where I am opening my salon next week with nothing to wear. I need to look for a uniform from another company urgently which quite frankly I cannot afford due to all my other expenditure.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as this once fantastic company has taken a very bad turn for the worse.

POOR QUALITY UNIFORMS!! STILL NO REFUND

POOR QUALITY UNIFORMS!!! I’ve ordered with this company for years, each year the quality seems to get worse, the other thing the sizing never matches year to year, you’d think the same tunic / trousers would measure the same each year reordering - right? Not when it comes to this company!
I sent my last lot back 2 weeks ago along with an email, no reply, no acknowledgment of the return and still waiting for a refund. Absolutely dreadful, no telephone line, avoid this company!!!!

Shocking. Customer service non existent

Ordered and paid for our latest order on line on 17 May 2021. As of today 8 June 2021 it has still not arrived. I’ve checked our account on line and it says Paid. Order unfulfilled. Well that’s not my fault!
You try to call - recorded message - they won’t speak to you and tell you to email. You email and they don’t reply.
Companies cannot and should not hide behind and use Covid as an excuse for lack of staff to do a job properly any longer. Therapists are back in salons and expect a decent service from their suppliers.
Paid for by me but unfulfilled by them. Shocking customer service.

Poor communication and lack of clarity

I feel as though I have been scammed by this company as I placed an order with them at the start of August for my college uniform with uk delivery which is stated at 3 days on the website. After 2 weeks I started to panic and made several attempts to contact the company only to be ignored until my last attempt. I was then told that delivery is now 6 weeks however this is stated nowhere on the website and other people from my course received there orders within 3 days. I am now left with no uniform for college which I start next week which has lead to stress as I placed this order well within the deadline.

The quality of the material was ok

I ordered slim fitting pants and they are HUGE LEGS . It cost to much to send them back I am going to have to pay someone ( if I can find anyone) to try to take some of the bagginess out of the legs. NOTHING like the pictures.

Poor quality products

Poor quality products, you have to pay postage to send back and exchange your product then pay more to have the exchange sent back a further £5! Very poor customer service that targets young people starting out at college, they hound you for payment and then tell you there is a uniform at the college you could have tried it on prior to ordering! Hi I ordered the same dress back in June. I also messaged you back then because the delivery took some time. I was also told the same. The item was out of stock. I’m very disappointed that’s twice Ive ordered and I wasn’t informed that there was going to be a delay in delivery. Or was shown on order they will be a delay I had to follow this up every time with an email. I very surprised you have a repeat business. Plus was not informed when ordering that the delivery takes up to 4 weeks. Not happy.
