Nice trip with Mama. Loved it over all.

Worst travel company they always delay schedule and after they reach Düsseldorf they don’t care about the passengers who travel to Amsterdam, They just left us in Düsseldorf and we waiting for more then 3 hours only to go to Amsterdam

Wir haben donnerstags eine Reise für samstags mit Uniflucht gebucht. Freitags (also weniger als 2 Tage vor Abfahrt) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Abfahrtsort gestrichen wurde und wir zu einem neuen Abfahrtsort kommen sollen. Die Anreise zu den neuen Abfahrtsorten ist für uns ein erheblicher Mehraufwand. Mit diesem Wissen hätten wir den Trip nicht gebucht. Eine Erstattung wurde jedoch von Uniflucht verweigert, sehr schwacher Service. Wir werden nicht mehr mit Uniflucht reisen und es auch niemandem weiterempfehlen.

First of all thanks to Uniflucht for planning this trip. Grand Italy tour was amazing covering all great places in Italy 🇮🇹. I traveled with my parents and they also liked it. Had enough time to explore in every city.
I must mention and thank our tour coordinator/teamlead/organizer Mrs.Maynur, our Mamma, she is very friendly caring responsible kind person. She responds well to queries and deals well with situations in the bus. She is entertaining and very energetic fun person talking to everyone without any inhibitions. Because of Mamma maybe this four days long hectic trip in Italy at 37 degrees felt lighter and more fun and relaxed. Thanks to Uniflucht and Mamma❤️

The trip was well organised and the bus was really clean and tidy.

Es war meine erste Erfahrung mit Uniflucht. Ich war alleine und hatte anfangs Angst, deshalb dachte ich, dass es keinen Spaß machen würde. Aber am Ende hat es mir richtig viel Spaß gemacht!

Ich habe neue Freunde gefunden, und während der ganzen Tour waren wir als Gruppe zusammen. Die Teamleader Mama Maynur war super nett und hat überall für gute Energie und eine positive Stimmung gesorgt.

Es hat mir wirklich sehr gefallen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Bus gab es kein WLAN und die Toilette war leider kaputt.

Trotzdem war die Reise insgesamt richtig gut. Ich kann Uniflucht auf jeden Fall empfehlen – besonders, wenn ihr alleine reist.

Es war sehr schön und habe ich schöne Zeit verbracht!

This was an amazing experience and I am so happy that we got to see so many places in this time periode. We also had an amazing team leader, Mama Maynur, who made the trip very interesting and entertaining, however I must say that there were one or two things that I felt the tour lacked of or could imprive on. I travelled with Uniflucht once before and the quality of our living arrangements were impeccable, including a cruise and a 5 star hotel, so my expectations were quite high. I was disappointed to find out that we were staying in a 2,8 star hotel this time, with quite a few shortcomings in compare to previous experiences. This hotel was also rather far from all of our destinations which really limited our time spent in each location.

Went to Italy Rome trip & it was one of the beautiful experience I had. Accommodation provided was good. Trip organizer (Manyur mama) was so friendly & she kept us engaged with the whole trip. One of the nice human i met 😃

Duration was short & couldn't cover all the places.

Other than that, over all it was good & memorable trip. will definitely recommend for others 👍🏻

Feedback to Unifluct:
- You dropped us at Rome (Point-1)
- we have to explore the city by ourselves (some 5-6 spots). By then we will be at Point-6
- then to depart, we again need to come back all the way to Point-1 (on time)
- This is REALLY DIFFICULT SITUATION for us to leave such wonderful city and come all the way back to Point-1
- SOLUTION: instead of picking up us Point-1, if Unifluct bus comes & picks up near to Point-7 (e.g Vatican City), it would be easier for us to onboard on time & we could have explored more places too.
- Because of heavy crowd at Colocium, we cannot see Vatican City 😔 we cannot come all the way again for Vatican City again.
- so please consider, if it makes sense 😃 it will be a win-win situation for both the parties 😍

The whole experience was amazing! The places we went to was absolutely gorgeous but the experience on the bus and with the team leader was almost better! Out leader was super energetic and so fun to be with! She was also really organised and on time. I had a really good time and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

For my 3rd times traveling with Uniflucht dis is the best because a lot of stop over to go to the toilet! And mama Maynur is so kind to everyone !

Unifluct is very accomodating specially the team leader "Mama Maynur". She entertained the group and stay alive during the trip. She was like our real Mama and hands on with us. The itinerary also are great and enough time to go places. Overall, best experience!!

The trip was very nice, we went to 5/6 different cities and had loads of free time to roam around :)) Organisation was good, Maynur was very kind for us!!

Maybe the trip time per each city is so tight and exhausting but we enjoyed it at the end.

For future recommendations, you could provide more trips focused on only 2 cities in 4 days, better than 5, which gives more time for exploration, and less exhaustion,

Another note regarding the WC in the bus, it will be better if it normally works, cuz the trip is really long, and it’s so needed.

Another point regarding the hotel, there could be better choice for the hotel in the grand italy tour (3 nights trip)

Because I noticed that the hotel in the other trips like (Italy, como tripthat doesn’t include Rome) is much better while the whole trip price is cheaper with 100£, so it was a bit confusing.

But overall again, we enjoyed it!

The grand Italy tour is perfectly planned and execute by the uniflucht travel agency and we were happy to choose them. They are always perfect planner as you don't need to worry about the hotel, breakfast and travel and save your money.

It’s was good experience with guide mamma maynur but not happy with hotel arrangements and toilets in the bus.

It was nice and comfortable experience with uniflect. More than what I expected. Safe driving and a nicetour guide Maynur

Rooms and breakfast could have been better
All 3days stay was booked in Florance so it was more travel to other destinations like Rome(7hrs up and down).

Great experience travelling with uniflucht team, especially maynur mama is a great host. She was fun!! Trip was all filled fun and good memories. Highly recommend!!
