Horrible Customer Service!!!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered contacts that were in stock 3 weeks before Halloween. They never shipped. When I called a week before Halloween they told me that those contacts were now on backorder. They never sent me an email. I demanded that they resend me the email that they claim that they sent letting me know that they were on backorder. They never produced that email I called back multiple times over several days and since several emails stating that I needed to contact before Halloween. It is now Tuesday Halloween is Friday. I finally got somebody to call me back and they’re telling me that they cannot ship any pair at all to me to compensate for their horrendous customer service and their inaccurate advertisement of having the contacts I ordered in stock. This is the second time in 5 years they’ve screwed me up on Halloween, I will NEVER order from them again. Steer clear!!!

I’ve tried contact lenses from several places
I’ve tried contact lenses from several companies over the past 6 months, always chasing that elusive blend of comfort and realism. But nothing—ever came close to what I just experienced with your company contact lenses. I won't lie I bought several shades, but from the moment I put them on, I was stunned how natural the colors are...they are very real looking that even close friends would do double takes and even a third or fourth look and commented how real/natural they looked and some even said if they didn't already know me, they couldn't tell i was wearing lenses. They’re incredibly comfortable, with no dryness or irritation and I wear mine every day pretty much all day long which is important to me because i really really dislike like hopping around looking and searching endlessly for something i like...thankfully i finally found the right place

Quality is REALLY GOOD.
Ok . First off. Make sure if you do NOT HAVE a prescription, that you are ordering NON PERSCRIPTION ones. FREQUENTLY CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM THEM. they like to confirm that the shipping address IS CORRECT before shipping! They offer hard to find contacts which are the 14.50mm! The contacts were GORGEOUS. Customer service was fast, responsive even on a Sunday for me which was cool ! Now I ordered another pair from eyecandy. And there is a price difference. BUT honestly, the quality, the natural look and blend was far superior on these Unicoeye, and I've used A LOT of contacts. The con? Shipping was a month long. If you are looking for fast, eyecandys is faster but less quality, and the lenses look very artificial. I guess they say all good things take time, and tbh I was mad at the shipping time but I also didn't read where it was coming from! Also, if you have ANY problems with the tracking, CONTACT THEM. we had difficulties with mine saying it was intercepted and I wouldn't receive it! They called the post office and straightened it out! The tracking STILL didn't update ! So I was worried "did I get ripped off?!" Contacted them AGAIN, and of course, they responded fast ! Sent a screenshot of my delivery date for me updated! AND it arrived before expected delivery date. So is it their fault or the post offices, really? It was worth the wait. With the price you get fast customer service, hard to find lenses, and high quality. The realisticness of these contacts has surpassed any contacts I've ever used, and I am totally satisfied!!

Don't buy your contacts anywhere else
The contacts fit well and we're great and customer service is amazing they are on it they make sure you have everything you need the shipping is amazing if anything goes wrong they realize a way to make sure that you have everything you need I will not want to contacs anywhere else from now on. I just received my first pair of contacts, and they were great! Since it’s my first time wearing contacts, I was a bit nervous, but they were easy to wear with little to no discomfort.
