Bust support disappeared after the 4th wear and looks ridiculous. Awful quality

Dodgy return, I made a mistake in ordering a size 6 instead of a 12 but still don’t know how I did it, but I did. I got in contact with the company and asked if I could exchange the six for a 12 realizing it was on sale, but hoping that they would ho that I was exchanging, but had nothing to do with me. Just flick me off. Will not be dealing with this company any more nor will my family. Greedy.

RETURN LABLE WILL NOT PRINT. No way to reach anyone. Looks like I am stuck with the swimsuits-3 of them!

You have to return in 14 days and so they are a rip off. The items are worth 1/4 of what they cost.

UPDATE! They did end up sending a FedEx label after emailing them twice you can’t reach anybody by phone there’s no chat service and I was able to send it back it was received but I have not seen my refund yet and no communication.

Buyers beware! I did my homework before purchasing a swimsuit from Une Piece and reviewed the return policy, it states 14 days and unworn. When my swimsuit arrived I didn’t like it and immediately went through the online portal to return it. It wouldn’t provide me with a shipping label even though my return was approved and confirmed. Customer service has been very unhelpful and there is no phone number to call. I’m out over $200 because of their horrible returns policy!!!

Ordered a nightie but looks completely different from the promo photos and videos - sits and hangs badly - so returned but the would only give a credit or gift card -
apparently in the small print of something purchased during a sale.
Dodgy product and dodgy returns = poo ethics so I won’t be back.

I purchased the classic one piece in black.
I am dd cup size and there was not enough material to cover boobs. Nipples were exposed.
I had to return for a credit. Returns policy was a bit loconfusing. Awaiting on my next pair. Fingers crossed.

This company stinks of false advertising. Their reviews on their website are cherry picked from people that are happy with their swimwear, and it is not possible to leave a review if you are not.

The worse bit: Their absolutely crazy returns policy which is not even mentioned on their Returns page: If you order two items in different colors/sizes, but neither fit or suit, you can only get a refund for one. The other one they will only give you store credit for. I mean, what the heck? At that point you've probably realized this is not the brand for you, so store credit is pointless and will just go to waste. What on earth is the thought process behind this I do not know but people should be able to return whatever they want for a refund if it is not suitable. Will not be ordering from them again.

The quality is OK but not amazing given the price - swimsuits had dodgy stitching and some colour inconsistencies.
