A Great Service Experience!
I have had quite a few conversations with Dan and I must say how refreshing it was speaking to someone who was honest, transparent and open in respect of the circumstances regarding a prospective sale.
His professionalism along with his overall candid approach gives me the upmost confidence to continue using this auction house.

Jodeane has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire home-buying experience. This was my very first time buying a home, which is such a huge and sometimes scary step, but she made the whole process feel so much easier and far less overwhelming. She kept me updated regularly and always made sure I felt informed and included every step of the way. What I appreciated most was how honest she was and how much she genuinely cared about me and my experience. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and that made all the difference. The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever, I paid a deposit of £13k to then have the sale contract breached due to no one around on the day of completion on behalf of under the hammer. I was so happy when I won to then be disappointed with false hopes. The rule is that if you don’t complete then the deposits lost however if a company causes a failure which causes a breach in. The contract then technically I didn’t breach the contract and would of completed with accurate information to have a completion statement changed twice is unacceptable.

We understand you've raised concerns around the completion statement being revised multiple times and the impact that had on your ability to complete. While we’re reviewing our internal timeline to understand how the matter progressed from our side, it’s important to clarify that Under The Hammer is not involved in the completion process. Completion is handled directly between the buyer’s and seller’s solicitors. Our role is limited to requesting updates where requested to do so, but we do not manage or influence the issuing of completion statements.
We believe a response was emailed to you on 11/07/2024, including information relating to the £3,000 query you raised. If for any reason that message hasn’t reached you, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to send it again.
If you could kindly provide your details, we can certainly check the call logs to see what may have happened when you attempted reaching out to us.

Very poor communication left numerous messages and emails with no response/call back. System failed to secure funds in order to bid, so after taking time to view properties I was interested in and being accepted through authentication process was still unable to bid due to fund/account process failings...
