Understairs by Giobella Anmeldelser

Great experience from beginning to fit. The people I dealt with were great, friendly and helpful.

Hoping to get another area done to match as the storage is fab.

Quality products and so pleased with the end result. Thanks!

Great service from start of the sale by Tony to the fitting by Adam

Really happy with our under stairs. Adam done an amazing job. Very professional, friendly and even cleaned all the space and hoovered all the dust up after. Lovely guy. Great company and looks great.

Adam from Understairs by Giobella has just finished our understairs storage installation and we couldn't recommend them enough. The fitter, Adam, is friendly, polite, respectful, professional and a super talented craftsman. He laid out mats to protect the flooring and worked diligently, hard and cleanly. We are delighted and highly impressed with the quality of the process, service, workmanship and the end result. It was reassuring to see the products in the shop and actually talk to someone face to face about the product, process and service. Nick was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product and came out to confirm the measurements and advise on the best options for us. The on-line ordering process is easy and simple to follow and the follow-up home survey visit means there is opportunity to make changes if necessary. Top job.

Really please with our understairs storage, maximum use of the spaces, top quality products, and expertly fitted by Paul, a real perfectionist who was very helpful, and left everything clean and tidy and ready to use. Great service from Tony, from the advice, surveying and great service.
Highly recommended, thanks again.

Absolutely delighted with our new understairs cupboards. Expertly fitted by Adam whose attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. From my initial survey with Tony to completion I can't fault the service. The cupboards are well made and provide so much storage, highly recommend.

Adam the carpenter fitted my Dads understairs cupboards and drawers as well as a cupboard in his bedroom
We are over the moon with the finished products a fantastic use of the space with lots of extra storage. They look as though they have been there forever . There are shoe rails, lights and the pattern on the front flows onto every door it looks seem less
The service has been exceptional from Tony keeping in contact, measuring up and ensuring dad was happy with everything
Adam is a tremendously skilled carpenter, checking in with us, he also put covers on the carpet and tidied everything away when the job was completed
I would definitely recommend Giobella again such value for money with 5star quality

Excellent family run company easy to deal with. We went under stairs Giobella firstly because they had a show room in Chorley where you can see the quality and see for yourself what everything is like, this was so helpful to us. On fitting day they turned up on time and did an excellent job and talked us through the full workings. Our fitter Adam was excellent very polite and took pride in his job. When finished Adam tidied up after him. Would definitely recommend this company and ask if Adam can fit yours. Would have given six star rating if I could.
⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really happy with our under stairs refurbishment. Adam did a great job, he was very focused on the detail, he didn't rush it and left the work space clean after.

Communication was a bit slow at first and trying to make contact was a bit difficult, few emails wasn't replied to, I think they may have ended up in spam, but once I messaged on Facebook it was a very quick response.

Amazing workmanship, went over and above to finish the job. Excellent quality and perfectly fitted, Thanks

From start to finish everything has been seamless. From going into the shop to see the range of products and dealing with Tony who was friendly and knowledgeable, to Nick coming out to measure up and then Paul doing an amazing job at fitting! They managed to get us from quote to fitted in under 3 weeks. The product is such brilliant quality and looks top notch! Everyone I have shown so far now wants it doing and I will definitely be recommending Understairs by Giobella to family and friends.

Great from start to finish, from when Tony and his Son, came to measure till today when the storage was fitted,,, fabulous job,,, can't thank the fitter Adam enough, excellent workmanship, although only a relatively small job , took his time and was very precise, very clean and tidy and looks amazing,,,, and once all the work on our stairs has been completed it will only stand out more.....highly recommend Tony and the team and especially Adam the fitter ...Excellent

What a professional outfit Giobella are! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Brilliant little showroom to help you decide what you like and instead of guessing online you can go in and see exactly what you are ordering. Survey completed swiftly. Adam the fitter brilliant… very precise and professional tradesman. Super polite and respectful of our property and worked so hard over the two days to complete our project. Really really happy… highly recommended. Thank you Giobella and Adam

Expertly fitted by friendly & maticulous fitter Adam. Couldn't ask for any more. Would highly recommend

I found this site on a Facebook advert, I’d been looking for an under the stairs drawer system for a while.
The simplicity of how to work out if it is cost-effective was amazingly simple.
You measure the bottom and type it in.

I paid my deposit and a gent came to measure up, I got a quote and went for it.

I picked a colour from online, that I thought was good for me, however the gent advised on a different colour and I’m so glad he did as the one I picked was ‘off-white’ I wanted ‘white’

Installation was booked in right then and there.

Another gent arrive on installation day, named Paul, amazing guy! Top class joinery work! He worked none stop, the work is perfect, he made sure my flooring was protected and he put up a gazebo outside so he could work in all weathers.

The final job is just lovely, I’ve recommended this company to my friends and staff members

I’ve been dealing with Nick over text messages and he’s been a delight.

I can’t recommend this company anymore! You’re a fool if you go elsewhere

We recently had bespoke understairs storage installed by Understairs storage by Giobella, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result!

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Tony, the surveyor and also the director of the company, truly went above and beyond. He personally came to do the survey, late in the evening to accommodate my busy work schedule, which really shows the level of customer care they provide. Not only was Tony incredibly professional, but he was also so personable, making the entire process enjoyable while paying meticulous attention to our very bespoke requirements!

A huge thank you as well to Adam, the fitter, who was not only a master of his craft but also wonderfully friendly and approachable. He worked tirelessly to make sure the storage utilised every possible inch of space, with outstanding attention to detail. The finished product has exceeded all of our expectations — it fits everything we wanted and more!

We’d 1000% recommend them to anyone considering custom understairs storage solutions. The service, quality, and overall experience are well worth the investment. Now that ours is complete, even our neighbours are so impressed they plan to use them too!

If you're looking for a personable, professional team that delivers exceptional, bespoke storage, Giobella is the way to go!

Great product. Fit looks fantastic and would recommend the fitter Adam . He went about his work quietly and left the place spotless.

I can’t recommend this firm enough. An easy online quote process, then a chat with Tony who explained what would happen and how long it would take. Nick came out to undertake the survey and arranged the fitting date. Adam completed the work in one day. All to a very high standard, very tidily and professionally done.
