Very disappointing experience – Buyer beware!

I would not recommend buying from this brand. It has been over a month since my product was picked up for return, and I still haven’t received my refund despite multiple follow-ups.

All I seem to receive are automated, AI-generated responses with no concrete resolution or clear refund timeline. This level of customer service is extremely frustrating and has seriously affected my trust in the brand.

I expected a smooth and transparent return process, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I hope the brand takes customer concerns seriously and resolves pending refunds promptly.

To potential buyers: please consider my experience before making a purchase.

Bought the bra and a body suit. Bra is JUST ok. M&S has much better fits and is pure cotton. This is plastic with an average fit. Extremely disappointed with the body suit; the pee hole sucks and it’s so small that the stretched suit wouldn’t create a wide enough opening to per comfortably. Wish I could return the product but I brought it on a trip and now the return window is closed.

They also remove negative removes from their site and do not publish them.

I bought their cycling shorts shaper and received a big size. The sizing mentioned on the website is completely inconsistent and not in line with the actual product.

When I tried to exchange it, customer care was very tardy with its responses. First they don’t reply for days and when they do it’s some automated message giving company policy spiel. Completely unhelpful!

Seems like a commercial brand with no love or care put into it. Aim is to sell and not customer satisfaction. Please avoid!

I have ordered different size and they sent wrong size by mistake, now not provided exchange or refund. Cheatars

The interface of the website is so good and clear with so many photos and videos which gives a clear idea about how the product will look in real life.

your need to focus on you app and platform more taking any product and then having so much trouble in exchange and return. and your customer care agent also dont answer clearly just a scripted msg thats it. and for what sake do you have app when you have to work on whatsapp only

had purchased their backless shaper. That one coming all over my feed again and again - thought it i must try but when i received - i understood it - total waste of money and no returns as well. i got scammed . no support as well. Even i commented on their Instagram page but they removed it

Why no option for 0 star. I had ordered a backless shaper which was a complete trash. It's okay I was fooled but when I tried to return it no option. No calling number. no store in pune. I was left with only losing money on this website.
