What made my experience great is the doctor that looked after me, Dr. Fahid (hope I spelled that correctly, I do apologise if I didn’t). So the 5 stars are all for him. The front house people are ok, but lacking communication which I value the most. The doctor was very, very detailed oriented, at the point that it almost frustrated me. He took the same crown out at least 50 times ( and I’m not exaggerating) to adjust every single millimetre of discrepancy between the crown and the implant I have. I have no words to express my gratitude to him. He’s a good at was he’s doing. I also spoke to other pacients and they told me the exact same thing about their doctor. I do recommend him and the clinic but also be ready to deal with some organisational and communicational issues that might get frustrating at some point.

A very positive experience on what was…
A very positive experience on what was a very daunting process. The dentist took his time to make sure my bite was perfect. They even returned my lower teeth to the lab to have another set made as they werent as exact as they wanted (I couldn't tell) their driver was always on time taking me to and from the dentist from the hotel and the translators helped me with any communication I needed. All in all I would highly recommend and would use again. If I was to be overly critical. I personally feel that they could have given a bit more notice of appointments, perhaps being told an am or pm appointment in the morning so that you could relax a little more into the holiday.

I don’t normally leave reviews, I had my teeth done by this dentist back in 2022.
Had to go back within four months as two crowns were loose at the back. Now i have found out the dentist installed my lower crowns to low for my bite. This was confirmed yesterday by the owner Dr Osman. They then tried to blame my one remaining wisdom teeth for the problem and tried to pressure me into having my bottom teeth removed and to pay a £1,400 fee and said they was helping me out.
To go back this time I paid for my own hotel and flights, they didn’t even want to pay for a taxi from Hotel Odonis to the dentist which is 25 minutes.
When at the dentist the owner see me for 10 minutes pretending he didn’t know English and then left me and went home whilst I was sat downstairs for three and half hours. Whilst downstairs poor guy had implants in his early 70’s didn’t know what was going on they left him there for over two hours. And as soon as they removed his teeth price went from £8,000 to £10,000.
Another lady just turned up to get her teeth done and to be told we are not paying for your hotel and asked her for a hotel fee of £400. She was with her teenage daughter and was showing messages of the dentist agreeing to pay as it was included like most dentist.
I promise you this isn’t just an angry review, I have videos of everything said. You will not go to this dentist and get away without them putting the price up.
They have it worked out they give you a price on what’s app after showing your X-ray and photos to them, they then say they will pay for your hotel they choose you when you get to the dentist they have paid for your hotel so you are tied to them.
I paid for a taxi back to my hotel and booked a early flight home.
FYI they have change there name from dental clinic Antalya to (UMUT dental clinic Antalya)
And i would like you to reply with you don’t know me or haven’t got me on the system like most reply’s you have done to bad reviews I have videos and conversations I will be happy to share.

We are sorry that you left our clinic feeling disappointed. Although we believe your review is unfair and does not accurately reflect what happened, we would like future patients to hear our side of the story.
You first received your smile makeover in 2022. Four years later, you returned to our clinic complaining of sensitivity and headaches. We carried out a full examination and found no signs of infection or any failure of your crowns.
You stated that your crowns had been fitted too low for your bite. However, this is not consistent with the treatment process. Every smile makeover includes several days of bite adjustments before the final cementation. We never complete treatment until the patient is comfortable with their bite. If the bite had truly been incorrect from the beginning, you would almost certainly have experienced severe pain or even fractured crowns within weeks or months—not after four years.
Because your discomfort was significant, our prosthodontic team carried out a further assessment. They explained that the eruption and movement of your remaining wisdom teeth over the last four years could have altered your bite. We recommended extracting the wisdom teeth and making minor adjustments to a few molar crowns, and we even scheduled your appointment for the following day. As these procedures were unrelated to any manufacturing or treatment defect and constituted new treatment, we explained that they would be chargeable.
You left the clinic accepting this plan. The following morning, despite your hotel being approximately 45 minutes from our clinic, we sent our driver to collect you for your appointment. Unfortunately, you chose not to attend and instead requested that all treatment be provided free of charge. You also sent messages threatening legal action if we did not do so.
Every procedure performed at our clinic is completed only after informed consent is obtained and signed. These documents exist to protect both our patients and our clinic. We always stand behind our work, but we cannot offer lifetime free treatment for conditions that develop years later due to natural changes in the mouth.
We would also like to address some other claims in your review. The patients you mentioned were all receiving different treatments with different treatment plans. One patient chose to extend their stay in Antalya and therefore paid for additional hotel nights that were not included in their package. Another patient underwent implant treatment; naturally, implant fees are agreed upon before surgery begins. Suggesting that treatment prices were increased after procedures had started simply does not reflect how our clinic operates.
Despite our disagreement, we still tried to help. We even offered to perform your wisdom tooth extractions free of charge in an effort to resolve the situation amicably. Unfortunately, this offer was declined.
We genuinely regret that you remain dissatisfied. If you have a constructive solution that is medically appropriate and fair to both parties, we remain open to discussing it. However, we also have a responsibility to correct statements that we believe are inaccurate and misleading for future patients.

Successful Dental transformation
Very pleased with the end result after my second visit to The Umut clinic. I had been nervous about committing and how it would all turn out. I asked so many questions in the run up all of which were answered on the Whatsapp texts. Fatih was my dentist who I felt at ease with. He worked tirelessly and was meticulous in getting everything to perfection. All the other clinic staff were polite and pleasant. The only slight irritation was the uncertainty of when I was to be treated each day or if i was not needed at all for a whole day. I'd like to assume that its because of the uncertainty of the time needed for each individual patients treatment. However, the hotel accomodation was lovely and comforting to relax and enjoy inbetween clinic visits.

I cannot praise UMUT dental clinic enough. My personal experience from start to finish was excellent. The attention to detail by all staff in an effort to put me at ease through the entire experience was amazing. I was terrified of dentists before this
I was quite nervous before I sat in the chair, but once there i was made feel comfortable and relaxed.
I had quite a bit of work done and what I really liked was the speed my dentist worked at,, I was out of the chair with 7 implants in less than 2 hours ..
The place is spotless , the equipment is more than up to date.
The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I will return for yearly check ups as I wouldnt want anyone else looking after me.
Well done to a very professional team !!

My dentist was very good but the rest…
My dentist was very good but the rest of the staff wasn’t very unprofessional very poor transport times I was waiting for a taxi from the hotel wasn’t very helpful with updating they didn’t look very helpful to the other patients very unprofessional service They kept me waiting from 4 pm until 10 pm to have my last root canal.
