Purchased the magnetic band about 6 months ago. It would unclasp about once a month and fall off. I attributed the first couple to maybe I didn't set it correctly. It then became apparent that it just wouldn't lock together well enough. I emailed the company in hopes of maybe getting a discount on another since I really like this band. She sent me a free replacement! Received it a couple days later and is absolutely perfect. It clasps tight and does not fall off.

I purchased the Grade 2 Titanium band for my Ultra 2 , has great fitment and colour match also easy to adjust, postage was quick to Australia I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and received next Tuesday with updates from DHL. I recommend and use again

I love my grade 4 titanium band. It matches my ultra watch. It has 9 (4&5) removable link for adjustment. One thing I would change is make one link half size for each side to make fit perfect.

Delivered quickly. The titanium strap is well made and looks great. Very easy to adjust with the supplied tool and instructions.

First band had a faulty latch and was replaced without any problems. The new style band seems much better. Great customer service.

Emailed a request to get replacement pins. Company responded stating they’ve noticed an issue with that particular band and offered to replace with one of the newer bands to which I did. Replacement arrived quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

First the titanium band I received for my Ultra2 is perfect. Second was that I also purchased the screen protector and maybe it works great for many but I had some touch screen sensitivity issues which could be user installation error OR could be the nature of the product… hard to say which. UltraSupply reimbursed me for the protector and I didn’t have to return it. This combination of striving for quality and providing quick customer service is why I am providing the highest rating.

The Series 2 Titanium Band is much improved over the Ultra 2 Titanium Oyster Band, which I found to be loosely put together.
