Really great football shop. Loads of great new gear and very helpful staff. Will definitely head back there for our football kit.

Sent me an Adidas jacket with loose threads all over and they then wanted me to pay for return shipping.

Spent thousands with Ultra down the years, gone downhill big time.

En ouvrant le colis pas le bon maillot,donc je leurs demandes de m'envoyer l'étiquette de retour et un remboursement.
Ils me répondent de garder le malliot et qu'ils m'envoient le bon .
Je ne suis pas intéressé car ayant déjà le même.
Depuis plus de nouvelles,ils ne répondent plus a mes relances.

I asked for an update on an order that was placed over 2 weeks before, I received a very snarky email saying usually it takes 5 working days (it had been 11 working days) to print customised items and I just needed to be patient!! How is that helpful, no apology for the delay - or the fact that I'd had no contact from them saying there would be a delay... and further in the email response I received I got zero update on when my order would be completed or dispatched!!

Appalling customer service and if I wasn't forced to use them by my club I would walk away from the whole thing - I certainly wouldn't be recommending them to any club in the future and I will be campaigning to ensure that we use a different outfitter in future years!

As a final FYI... it has now been 18 working days and I have had no updates, no dispatch notice and no order - looking at the poor reviews here I am by no means alone in these problems!

Would give them no stars if I could. Poor customer service. Trying to chase an order we placed for our sons team uniforms. Would never buy from them if we didn't have to. Over priced and under deliver.

Ordered a cheap item I needed for an event. Paid $15 for shipping. 10 days after ordering, nothing had been received. I emailed the company for a refund, four times, and yet no response was sent, but I got notification they sent the item anyway, and responded after saying it had been sent. I received the order 2 weeks after the order was put through. I asked for a refund for the shipping costs ... they refunded me $2.50 and had zero care or customer service. Item arrived after the event and was useless to me. What a horrible, untrustworthy company. Avoid!! There's obviously a reason they wont do google reviews!!

Absolutely useless company run by a bunch of clowns. Purchased a Chelsea kit to be here in time for a mates birthday, they decided to let me know almost 2 weeks after the purchase date that they didn't have any in stock. Absolute muppets

Rude staff. Went to buy my son some boots only to be spoken to like s*** from a teenager Kyle. Service is atrocious and his arrogance is on another level. Do better Ultra Football

Do not buy from this store to save yourself headaches. Bought my son Adidas F50 boots in February this year. One Boot has now developed a rip on the top of the boot where the toe is. Went in to exchange but as we were honest and told them the boots were played on astroturf they will not warranty exchange. The top of the boot has got nothing to do with the surface which I explained to them to no avail. Their customer service line doesn’t answer and totally nonexistent. Their store manager just kept reverting to the warranty policy. The boots are obviously faulty and you cannot refuse under consumer law to exchange. I have referred this matter to Consumer Affairs as these guys seem to take their customers for granted and seem to do the same to everyone. A warranty cannot override Australian Consumer Law no matter how many signs you put up around your store, if the item is faulty or defective. Save yourself the heartache and shop elsewhere.

I have always had a great response from UF customer service. We got overcharged by mistake yesterday and as the receipt is emailed it is not easy to check at pOS. We sent through the evidence, no hassle and the refund was processed, I am very grateful. I love this shop for all my football needs

Placed an online order and going on 10 days now for the order to be fulfilled. No feedback or communication

I purchased a $420 limited addition pair of pro level adidas football boots in February for my son who is currently training in Italy. We shipped them to him and within 3 weeks the bottom sole started to detach from the boots. By the 4th week the stud plates had completely cracked and detached from the front of each boot. I sent a video & over 10 photos of the damage and requested a refund as he always wears this style of boot and they did not appear to be genuine Adidas. Their response was that we would only receive a refund if I spent my time getting scissors and cutting each boot up into pieces so that they definitely couldn’t be worn again and then send them more photos of it. Even though the stud plates were completely broken on both boots and unable to be repaired. The stupidity of their customer service is beyond belief. We will never shop with this company again because they do not support the footballers who support their business.

Purchased 2x football jerseys, fast delivery and what surprises me is the top quality of the jerseys.

totally stupid service and behaviour they're doing to close soon in the coming years ,customer service is totally crap even we're calling to them to get our product back they put on hold and never come back to us ,how sad they thinking open two stores done.
I recommend don't go there even buying socks. Better buying from rebel or nike store.

Horrible staff.

Just when I said I wouldn't buy from ultrafootball or nike boots again., my son insisted I did, so I buy another pair of boots and a pair of futsal shoes to be told unfortunately they are out of stock 5 days later. But they were advertised for sale at the time. Requested a full refund. Never again. I've blocked them. Now use sports direct. Ordered Dec 31st and they are on there way. Beautiful pair of addidas f50 boots and futsal shoes. My new go to for all the sports things we need.

Bought a $250 pair of Nike football boots for my son online - when they arrived the inner-soul is at least 1 size smaller than the boot so slips around when he's running. Used for a week then returned them at my expense to be told that as they were used on artificial grass and natural grass the warranty is void and they won't stand by their product. Avoid being ripped off, shop elsewhere

Sad what happened to this once great store! Used to have great sales, went to the Black Friday sale today and unless you are a clown (want a size over size 11) or want boots from 1990 (limited) there was nothing

Iv'e had an issues with a pair of Nike football boots ($330) and after only 5 months of use, which was confirmed by Nike are faulty of workmanship. After rejecting the boots the cited, the reasons such as playing style (hybrid), which they claimed can caused them to rip. I don’t think Nike would be happy to hear that. As a result, I am now forced to go through the lengthy process of filing a claim directly with Nike.
