Faulty Boots Replaced
Had to visit the Chelmsford store today and to get my boots replaced as the ones I bought two weeks ago in another store had a fault. Easily process, Malcolm very helpful and provided instant swap over with no quibbles. Great Service, thank you.

Went to ultimate outdoors today to buy some walking sandals for a upcoming trip to New Zealand. -an out of season product so no sandals on display
Spoke to Jason ,a friendly and helpful member of staff who asked what I was looking for size style etc He then went upstairs into stock storage and quickly found what I was looking for. Great efficient service . I’m pleased with sandals

Brilliant service at 11am on a Saturday
Brilliant service - knowledgeable staff who were efficient and knew their products. Answered my questions, processed my refund and exchanged as required and provided advise. Well stocked spacious store. Older guy (grey hair) was very personable and told me he used to visit local schools to talk about the D of E award scheme. Good outdoors equipment store. Popped in to try out walking / hiking shoes. I had a brand in mind having lucked out with others over size and fit. Helped by shop floor chap David and bought a pair that I’m sure will do the job. Competitive price + blue light card discount.
