Amazing experience for my birthday
Amazing experience for my birthday. The driver was punctual, funny and made the experience 10x better. The driver has an amazing choice in music, and I was definately ready to celebrate. I was recommended by a friend and I would definately recommend their services. If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. Thank you so much 😊

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, the driver was on time, polite, helpful & friendly. He waited patiently outside, dressed well for the occasion. He took the time to take multiple pictures for us & helped everyone in & out of the Hummer. There were drinks waiting and we were helped to connect to the stereo. Would recommend this service.

Poor company and poor customer service…
Poor company and poor customer service all round - we had a Baby Bentley booked for a party and on the day of the booking not only did the limo not turn up but they didn’t even call to say that they won’t be able to arrive.
Called and asked what’s going on and they apparently didn’t even know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS shocking company.

**DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY**
We hired your Baby Bentley for 2nd July 2020 taking 8 x 16yr olds to their Prom. and had to cancel because the event was cancelled due to Covid.... They STILL have NOT returned the kids Deposit, After numerous emails were they have said that they were going to refund it. They just ignore us now!!! 8 Young girls paid the deposit out of their own money and I find it very upsetting that they are still keeping children's money 2yrs on.
**DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY**

Limo hire disaster
Limo hire disaster
My partner and I hired a 16 seater Hummer limo for our wedding. It was his only request for the day and he was so excited to travel in style with his groomsmen.
On our special day an 8 seater normal Limo turned up meaning some of the wedding party had to travel in their own vehicles! This really put a downer on the day for Husband and made us feel upset & deflated.
When I spoke to the driver she advised the Hummer had broken down on the way (which I don’t believe) but even so, at least send a similar size vehicle!
I have since sent 3 emails and rang the company 7 times! I’m advised that the manager is aware of my issue and to expect a call back however; this never happens.
Expect to be disappointed if you book with this company. :(
