No stars if I could. SCAM. I ordered HORI Racing Wheel APEX (PS4, PS5, PC) 1 Dec 25. £104 taken from my account, order confirmed on email but according to website my order is still ‘processing’. I have emailed several times to request cancellation for full refund. No response. No way of contacting anyone. Disgusting.

Back when they were ultimate gaming paradise I had no issues. I am currently now been waiting FOUR MONTHS for them to sort an RMA out. The customer service having just one contact is awful, because they NEVER CONTACT. Recently said they're refund it because of how long it's taken, they asked for bank details and I replied, to which I've still heard NOTHING for A WEEK. Returns or RMAs from this company are abysmal.

Customer service awful. Ordered gaming steering wheel with express delivery. Emailed them and they told me it’s not in stock and asked how urgently I needed it. Money had gone through by then so asked for it to be cancelled as if it’s not in stock, I can buy in store with different company. They have yet t email me back and have no confirmed cancellation. Not easy to cancel on website either. They make it harder for a reason. They delivered a different order which now I have to go through the effort to return, but again, they make returns hard as well. Please save yourself the trouble and do not order

Ordered the item Monday, with same day dispatch according to the website and next day delivery. Needed it for Friday so thought it’d 100% be here. Wow 1 week later and nothing no update or anything, tried to contact multiple times and nothing. They no longer run a phone line so it’s down to just email which is dreadful. As I’ve had to order the item from else where I’m now trying to cancel the order which again I’m finding very difficult as they just won’t reply to my emails. Please for the sake of yourself just steer clear and don’t risk using this dreadful website.

Hi, I bought item near April. At first I did not check that website as I bought it. Unfortunately what started me worrying was huge amount of one star reviews and issues that people had. From my perspective it seems to be a past because I received item a little bit later then I expected but ,support was excellent responded in less than 24h and everything was great. If you are a person that is in similar situation as I was then you shouldn't worry because if you email them your problem would be resolved.

Awful company, wont reply to email, not a word. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

Won't acknowledge my emails for a RMA code so that I can return my item that was delivered 10 days after placing my order.
Didn't help that I didn't even get a confirmation email of order.
Took the payment from my bank on 02.05.25,processed my order on the 09.05.25 and delivered my order on 12.05.25.

Hi, i can not get in touch with you. You do not reply to emails. Your website will not let me on now and you dont do phone service... i find this out after i purchase something. With zero contact how do i know whata going on with my order? I want my money back

To people that are buying items on paragongaming please do not buy anything from them they are scammers that have left me with £545 out of pocket bought x box from them and paid for next day delivery did not receive until 1 week later
When I received the item it was not working and wanted to send it back was told I need to wait for an authorisation code to send
After so many emails going back and forth was told that I cannot return it back as 28 days have passed and will not get a refund as I have opened the box
I was expecting an x box that works and not a faulty one
I sent the item back and considering taking them to court and a letter that gives them 14 days to reply that I want my money back and instead they send me the same item back

SCAM!!!!!!!! please do not use this site they take your money and don't send you the item . They don't email you back either there is no contact number to ring only email. Wish I'd read reviews before placing an order.

Avoid this place, this website is an absolute scam! Ordered my item and paid for next day delivery, did not receive item until one week later, when I received said item, it did not work! I have emailed over and over for a month to get this sorted, they sent me a faulty or already used product for full price. Not only have they taken forever to actually help solve my issue, today they sent an email saying that 28 days are up and it can not be returned. Funny how they can send an email for that but not one to actually help and provide support. I am returning this item and expect a full refund of £549. Please do not shop here, I done it on clear pay so I had no idea how bad this would be. It’s a scam and I will be reporting them.

If you are a person that is in similar situation as I was then you shouldn't worry.

Joke this place is they take forever to reply to your email I’ve sent you proof that my delivery was not letf at my doorstep yet the company still hasn’t replied to email or issued argument I’m sat here 138£ out of pocket

There was a mess up with my order and there gave me a refund all most Straight away and the item I got was great

the customer service is exceptional, the delivery is second to none. the gentlemen that owns this company can't do enough to please his customers, he has the most remarkable customer service skills, i would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for gaming parts or accessories weather you know what you are looking for or don't, I will be buying from this company again.

Useless. You can't return anything you paid for if the item was wrong or surplus to requirement. So if you have to return, forget it.

absolutely distressfully and unprofessional customer service i bought a item on the 18/4/24 paid for next day delivery witch didn't arrive so i contacted them on live chat to see what's going on with my order i was told there was a problem, It looks like there's been a bit of an issue with Clearpay this week that we're working on fixing at the moment. Some orders aren't fully completing so payment is being taken but then the order confirmation process isn't happening where you get your email and the order goes through to the dispatch system.

I've corrected your order so that is now going to ship today 19/4/24 and you should have the confirmation email now. Witch i did have a email saying thanks for your order but nothing else saying about dispatched, so i sent numerus emails and live chat, iv,e tried to phone witch i don't think they answer the phone, with no replay i appreciate they might have technical problems but don't appreciate been misinformed and not corresponding to my emails with an explanation why it hasn't been dispatched as agreed and i still haven't received my item or corresponding email to explain why, the order is still in progress and has been since the 18/4/24. this is not expectable iv,e bought stuff off them a few times with no problems but this time around something is wrong somewhere not a happy Chappy at all with being misinformed and no corresponding emails to explain why looks like i will have to contact clearpay to resolve this problem if i don't hear back off them by the 22/4/24 not sure if i will trust them again after this experience and in my experience it's all about trust! when you are baying stuff off online sites it's a shame.
