There should be 2 ratings, one for the phone itself and the other for customer service.
The phone is great, no complaints. Sturdy, bright screen and not too heavy like some other rugged phones with similar size.
Lots of storage, camera is good but too many settings in my opinion.
I'd only give 2 points for customer service but that's a separate matter, just be aware of it !

Delivery good, tablet good, sound-kit bad.
Delivery came from somewhere in Ireland so it arrived in just a 2 days. This was better than expected.
The tablet we ordered, Armor Pad 4 Ultra Thermal, is really nice for the price. The additional features such as 5G, and thermal camera, even call recording are all really useful.
On the other hand the additional Sound Kit is not worth the extra €65. Audio from it sounds like someone playing sounds from an old analogue phone. You also cannot turn off the built-in RGB LEDs. It randomly disconnects from the tablet - which is more of a mercy given the awful sound quality. It doesn't have any other features (bluetooth, battery) that make it any more useful than a tablet stand.
All that said, if you haven't bothered with the Sound Kit, you'll have a great time with the tablet.
