Avoid
Avoid. Much better UK companies out there. Print on the wristbands was so big you couldn't see the design. Allowed no space for wrapping / sticking the band
We had asked for advice, proofs before printing and help but were told 'you can proof it online', and that 'we don’t provide separate proofs', but that 'A member of the UK Wristbands team will ensure the best possible fit for your design'. It was very much NOT the best possible fit.
When we complained on the phone about the unusable bands, we were rudely spoken over, told it was entirely our fault and that we should have known more about their printing process!
Dreadful customer 'service'. Avoid.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. However, we had regular contact with you prior to production and confirmed the artwork specifications in detail before proceeding. We can’t be held responsible if you later changed your mind about the agreed design or layout after production began.
We do offer a free online proofing service that allows all customers to preview their design before ordering, but you chose to skip this process. In such cases, as stated on our website, our team fits the artwork as large as possible within the print area to ensure maximum visibility.
We always aim to provide clear communication and quality service, and we’re disappointed you feel otherwise.

Hi- i did Order some wrist bands on the 30th. August for a next day delivery but they were actually delivered on the 3rd which was way past my event??

We did everything we could to help resolve the issue, but like all businesses, we are reliant on the delivery companies once an item has left our premises.

Narrowly missed the 3pm deadline
Narrowly missed the 3pm deadline. When I rang, phone was immediately picked up and the person was so helpful. Luckily I still had a couple of days until my event but at least I know that I would get it next day (if I order before 3pm) - had a fantastic experience and my work colleagues are very impressed with the wristbands!

Quick and easy
Online order was easy and reasonable price. The only issue we had was with the delivery company not delivering but, as soon as I raised the issue with UKWristbands, they sent a new order out that arrived within a couple days

This has to be one of the easiest…
This has to be one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had when ordering something custom. I found the site after a quick browse on Google as we needed some bands for an upcoming event. The website itself was really easy to use, I was surprised at how competitive the pricing was as well. When I was looking, I was only after plain bands, but with the easy to use online service and cheap pricing , I decided to order some with my logo on and some text.
I ordered them on late Thursday night, and they arrived Saturday morning. You couldn’t ask for better service, these guys are on it 🫡
I’ll be using them in 2026 when we do some more events.

misled on delivery times
We ordered our wrist bands saturday 16th August, and paid for next day delivery £9
But they arrived wednesday 20th August
We missed using them as we needed them on wednesday to use at our event. very disappointing
Update after a reply as I said they didn't even arrive Tuesday they arrived Wednesday missing our event!!!!!

This means your order was dispatched on the next working day, Monday, with next-day delivery service. Unfortunately, as weekend orders can’t be processed until Monday, delivery would have been on Tuesday.

The gained my loyalty
The sales team was really helpful and patient supporting me to adjust the design of my wristbands. Beyond that, when I had issues with the courier delivery, they prompt responded to my issue and solve the problem. I went to UK Wristbands after having a bad experience with another supplier and I am loyal to them now as the went beyond all my expetations.
