I did not get he two logos on the Bands…

I did not get he two logos on the bands as requested? I was offered 15% refund or return the bands to be replaced.
I am sick of emailing them now they will not take responsibility they just want the wristbands posted back to them.
I said it was too inconvenient but their policy stops them from giving the customer the correct order?

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate your offer, I would like to highlight that the error was on your part, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a correct replacement without unnecessary inconvenience.
I believe it would be reasonable for you to send the correct item without requiring a return, especially as the mistake was not mine. However, if a return is absolutely necessary, I ask that you cover the return postage costs.

As previously mentioned, we are happy to cover the return costs. We recommend that you either book or drop off the items at your local post office or dispatch centre. This will ensure the items leave your possession quickly and with minimal hassle.
From experience, arranging a collection through third parties tends to take longer and can be less convenient, as collection times are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. We discontinued this service because customers found it more convenient to arrange returns themselves.

I have no words
Never dealt with a company like it. Delivered bands that did not look like the proof I approved, when I tried to rectify this they were having none of it. Zero customer service, apparently all my fault the design was wrong their response - "The process is automated, there is minimal human interaction. We just print the bands how they are placed. Everyone wants different types, some people want gaps, some people don’t, soke being want small text some people want large text. We don’t question any orders, just print them. Unfortunately, as the mistake is on our end, we are not able to reprint the job." ???

Once an order is placed, the design is locked in and cannot be altered by our members of staff. To ensure accuracy, our web development team has reviewed the logs associated with your order, confirming that no modifications were made to your design. Additionally, we have examined the metadata of the screenshot you provided via email, which indicates that it was taken after your order had been delivered.
If you wish to place a new order, our team would be happy to provide a free proof to ensure accuracy before printing. However, as your original order was processed and delivered as requested, we are unable to offer a free reprint.
