Brill company fab service
Brill company fab service love my new conservatory roof and windows, glad I chose them had an issue around a week ago and they literally came out within 2 days to resolve it. I wished I used them for my house windows. Customer service is a must and these guys went above and beyond. Had a dozen quotes but Shay explained everything without even asking me to go with them. What a lovely chap and thanks for my bottle of wine. Will recommend you. 10/10.

Right choice, no pressure
Bit dubious because the price seemed to good to be true but after the job was installed I realised I entrusted my faith In shay and the company did not disappoint,
I’m so pleased my parents have a warmer home thanks to these guys. They deserve a fantastic review and credit to Shay, he made sure the job was done accurately as he suggested and was always there for me when I had queries, no pressure sales just great advice and honest prices. Best company around I am getting my bi fold doors next can’t wait. Once again thank you on behalf of my parents. And if you want a no pressure salesman ask for Shay.

Brilliant company from start to finish
Brilliant company from start to finish, the local rep Shay who came over explained everything from start to finish, project was an extension alongside a conservatory and full external renovation of the property for windows and doors. Very competitive with price, the main thing was he gave us time to think about his quote. Work was done as planned and really couldn’t ask for more. Well worth using this company and have recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you for your service.

Great job, great customer experience
Very happy with the windows and the service provided from start to finish from Imran. All the options were thoroughly discussed and weighed up without any sales pressure. The fitters worked very hard and did the job in 2 days, taking all the old windows and leaving no mess behind.

Typically liar...now he brings in another firm who has nothing to do with the matter..
Since august he has meesed me about and lied about everything..then he disappears to pakistan for 9 weeks and doesnt give a crap about my job.
Iv got all this messages from whats app and all the lies me makes.
Fraudster.
All they do is lie and try denying everthing
Dont believe a word what they say.
Disgracful service.
Beware of this 2 face lying company..
Owner just lies all the time and is greedy for money.

Update :
After client and our firm agreed in February for the work list and confirmation that as soon it completed client will clear the balance.
We completed the work as new door was installed and a cherry picker was hired to do the trim on dorma, we completed his work in April and client Mr Farukh still hasn’t paid the balance yet till date. We done our part of work and hope one day this client will make payment of the balance.

To all the readers, as a firm we try our best to complete the job as soon as we can and if client has any issues they allow our firm to complete the snags before making the final payment.
In September We have installed 11 windows full pvc internal lining and conservatory polycarbonate roof and patio sliding doors - only front door design glass was left which is ready to be installed since well over a month ago. Client still holding £1900 for that.
A close relationship between Director of our Opponent firm called GlassTec windows from Bradford and client Mr nadeem who were referred to us has been involved in a conspiracy against our firm from Day 1 of the fitting, they have been arguing with our firm since then but hasn’t allowed our firm to carry out any inspection or glass replacement.
Please don’t hesitate if Any person reading the review can check this house installed ( we can’t give further house details due to data protection but can email the pics of the work to anyone interested ).
Client has been trying to misguide all the reader as the door pics are old when the door handle was not installed and marks were not dealt just for the weekend and the fitters came back continued with the job and completed the job with the handle and other issues were dealt.
Still We are ready to resolve any issues if this client let us do the job what’s need doing and without any alleged window firm involvement.

Bi-folding door + triple glazed windows
Got my 3 leaf bifolding doors, 4 triple glazed windows and lantern window.
Quality of the windows are brilliant, there were a slight delay in the delivery but I were kept updated throughout.
