I arrived home to beautiful sparkling windows and frames. I didn't expect the windows to be as clean as they were using a brush but the clean water system obviously makes a difference. Hardly any streaks. The windows haven't been cleaned for some time probably years, as I am a new owner so i didn't expect them to be as clean as they were. The price was very reasonable. I'd rather pay for a good job rather than paying less and not being happy. Window frames, doors were all lovely and clean. Very pleased. Thank you.

They provide a good service for doing the back of the house, due to limited access for traditional window cleaners with ladders. The company text you the day before they are due to clean to ensure access.
I didn't give 5 stars due to the company not informing you in advance when they are increasing their prices , and on occasions they do not turn up and you get a message either later that day or the following day.

The window cleaner arrives monthly he does his job, well, leaves me an information slip and leaves the property he always closes the gate, which I appreciate, as I have a dog and live on a main road. Overall I’m very happy, and payment is made through a bank transfer very convenient.

Good customer service .

Tried this window cleaning service twice now, and both times, the windows weren't cleaned properly. I received a text to advise that the windows would be cleaned week commencing 31st March, they weren't cleaned, so I chased up on the Friday, which I was advised there had been a delay with the cleaner and so would be done the following week. Not sure I would have been advised of this if I hadn't chased. I advised the cleaner that one window was quite dirty due to the position it was in, as I can't reach myself, the windows are cleaning with a brush and water, doesn't seem to be any sort of cleaning product used, the windows weren't dried, and when I asked if they were getting dried, the cleaner advised no as the water used is purified so it doesn't need it. Sure enough, the windows have marks from the water drying, I presume because the window was dirty as I'd already advised. As I've used twice, neither time was cleaned properly, corners of the windows missed, I've reached out to advise of my disappointment but not heard back as yet. Reasonable price but Unfortunately won't use again and won't recommend

Worst window clean I’ve ever had back window never touched and the windows that were cleaned were left to drip dry so just ended up full of water marks was told would be re cleaned free of charge but never came back
Just ended up cancelling shame real shame

Driver in Sheffield this morning needs to slow down - there is a speed limit of 30mph, but even a speed bump on a side road didn't slow him down. Bumps are there for a reason, not to be driven at at speed!

I have been using UK Window Clean for a number of years. Very happy with service. I usually receive an alert the day before the cleaners are due. Friendly, hard working staff. Have recommended company to friends and neighbours.

Ryan did an excellent job cleaning the windows and it was so good that we have booked to have them cleaned regularly. I was a bit doubtful when he told us that the windows would dry with no streaks as UKwindowclean use filtered water. But seeing is believing and they really shone, much better than the traditional ladder and dirty water method. many thanks

Have used this company for many years and can honestly say they are terrific, all the lads are pleasant polite and cant do enough to ensure your property is left gleaming, even in our area by the coast the windows get covered in sand but the Windows are always spotless after their visit. Had guttering and windows cleaned ready for selling the house. So pleased with the results as the front and back doors were both looking like new, with all the dirt and cobwebs removed along with the windowsills. The price was reasonable due to effort put in the work. Booking was quick and easy and any problems I had were settled promptly. Thank you for a great service.
