Wanted to take advantage of the first free clean offer after seeing that according to their website they service Gloucester only to be told that they don’t service the area. However if I’d pay for the service through the website in full then it wouldn’t be a problem by the looks!

After a promising free first clean, I signed up for cleaning every 4 weeks. From the first paid clean, the finish was poor and I repeatedly found that sills had not been cleaned. I had to get them back on more than one occasion to rectify. I have now been waiting for 2 months for the back to be cleaned after the operator could not use an open gate. In the meantime they’ve decided to clean only the front again and expect to be paid for this. Avoid!

UKWindowClean were offering half price cleans within my area so I got into contact with them and arranged a clean. I live in a mid terrace house so in order to clean the back of the house, you’d have to go round the back. I work from home so I was in when the cleaner arrived. I saw he did all 3 windows at the front of my property but never appeared at the back. I then noticed a slip was posted through my letterbox with a charge of £10. I emailed the company and complained, they apologised and offered a 50% discount as only half the property was cleaned. I shrugged it off as it was the first time, but the following month the same happened again. I complained again, they then argued with me and told me the cleaner had cleaned both front and back windows of my property. 1 year later they have now got into contact with me chasing for £15 that I apparently owe. I have since found a reliable window cleaner who cleans better than tickling a wet brush over my windows. Would not recommend UKWindowClean

Recently moved house & got these guys to do an initial clean for us. Really happy with the results & have been able to organise a regular clean easily through email. Excellent.

We had a really excellent first clean. Some of our windows are very hard to reach, but the team did a first class job on them all and left us with sparkling, streak-free windows. The house has never looked so good!

They didn't bother to turn up despite a confirmation email that they would be here this week.

Went away with dirty and dusty windows, came home to them sparkling!

Turned up when I was out at work (without me asking them to start cleaning the windows), "cleaned" 1 window (more like threatened briefly with the brush on a pole) , then posted a bill for £10 through the door!

Came home to find the one window they attempted to clean (again without permission) is now visibly scratched!

Annoyed does not even begin to cover my current feeling and not looking forward to the upcoming fight to get this damage repaired and paid for by these cowboys.

We thought the trial window clean was a great idea and were very pleased with the work. No streaks !!
Communication with the company was also very good

Easy to arrange, efficient with good communication. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Filled out online form for free window clean and was sent an email to say my clean had been booked and they would come sometime in the week so I waited and waited but no one showed up and I had no contact from them to say it was cancelled. Tried to email to see what was happening but had an auto reply to say someone would be in touch with in 48hours. Not a very good first impression. I was going to be a regular customer but this company is not reliable and don’t communicate with the customer

Cancelled this company in February and paid account in full in March, since then they have recharged me and I have sent bank payments to prove payment twice but still they persist to threaten.
It is a really bad company that do not know what they are doing.

I would like to thank cleaner Stephen who was helpful and efficient throughout the cleaning process
the windows were left cleaned and I am satisfied great service
