The website was easy to use, and my tile sample was received within 2 days of ordering, which was really impressive. Hopefully my next order with them will be delivered as quick.

Items delivered to wrong address even…
From searching and ordering some ceiling tiles from uk suspended ceilings I was kept updated by emails telling me at what stage my order was.
A mix up on delivery didn’t help but this wouldn’t put me off using them again. Very competitive on price and thankfully a genuine company.

Hi Liam,
Thank you for taking my call today and sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
On this occasion we are judged on our couriers incompetence and failure to act on our request to change the delivery address this morning.
I am particularly frustrated as it was myself who made the call to the couriers early today and was promised it would be changed.
It wasn't until i saw your review that i had realised this was not the case and therefore straight on the phone to you. The good news is all is now ok at your end and as promised we will try and be better next time and try to make it for this on any future orders potentially.
Appreciate your understanding today Liam, and again sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
Kind Regards

Good Afternoon Paul,
Thank you for your order. We rely heavily or the couriers delivering to our customers on time and with care. I can appreciate that if the tiles are dropped or mishandled in transit, there is a high risk the tiles or ceiling grid can become damaged.
As a respected and ethical supplier, we would always look to offer a partial refund or send replacements, once we have been informed of any damage or issues caused by the courier. We know how stressful and inconvenient problems like this can be at the receiving end.
Regrettably, i cannot find an order or any notes/reports associated to your name or email address at our end or with the courier.
Could you confirm what the delivery address was for these tiles so we can look into this for you.
Of course, if replacements or a refund would be required, please email our friendly team directly so we can look to get this resolved for you.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and sorry for any inconvenience in advance.
Kind Regards
Graham

Hi Robert,
Thank you for your order and feedback. I appreciate the box (number of tiles) may have been too much for you.
Regrettably, it is very difficult to send smaller quantities with the couriers.
Thank you again. Any questions or queries in the future, please don't hesitate in contacting us again.

translucent panels shattering experience
we have a suspended ceiling in our kitchen to hide pipes and cables. We have three translucent panels through which a neon tube fixed to the original ceiling shines through. These panels are 30 years old and when we changed the neon tube a couple of panels shattered. We needed new panels and so we found you on the internet. very good service and recomended.

Good Morning Alex,
This is disappointing to hear, especially as this order was processed and dispatched on 23/11/22.
Looking at tracking, we dispatched the tiles with DX on a next working day service and should have been delivered on 25/11/22.
The tracking with DX shows an attempted delivery was made on 25/11/22 at madly 22.16pm, which i don't understand.
However, it shows that delivery was final successful on 30/11/22 @ 14.58pm and received at Reception. The driver has also taken a picture of the reception doors.
Tracking number for this delivery is 70014147223 and 7001414724. Details of the tracking can be viewed on the DX website.
Are you able to take at look at this information before we escalate this to DX.
Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
Graham
