Chris is very professional and efficient in the way he handles from quote to completion. His whole team including the scaffolders are neat and tidy in their approach and we felt they were polite respectful of our property at all times.

We shopped around and eventually plumped for UK Solar. The whole experience from survey to fitting, was seamless. Due to a gale panels were not fitted until next morning, this only took a few hours, a bacon butty and coffee….👍Pleased with the output, as the weather currently is a little unpredictable.

We've been looking at solar for a long time and wanted a local company. Chris turned up and was very knowledgeable and approachable.
He not only covered the technical areas of the Solar install but also went through energy tariffs etc. which would save us even more money.
The price actually came in below our expected budget and once we decided to go ahead, he managed to install within 10 days due to a cancellation.
Even on a dull March day, we've been generating over 50% of our electricity and it's growing by the day.
Mark arrived promptly on the planned date to install the system and also talked us through further details.
The install was faultless and they cleaned up after. They took me through everything and even setup the Phone App to monitor and control the system.
The whole installation of 12 panels and 10kW battery took around 7 hours.

Solar Services fitted our solar panels and they were thoroughly professional from start to finish. Chris came out to see the house and spent a lot of time discussing and explaining all about the service they offered and what would suit us best. His quote was very competitive. The fitters arrived and finished on time and did an excellent job. They were helpful and informative throughout. The after care service has been exceptional. Chris has been willing to answer any questions or concerns we have had. We would not hesitate in recommending Solar Services to anyone.

We were recommended to Chris at UK Solar Services by a neighbour who had been very pleased with their solar panels and batteries installed by Chris and his small team. I have to say that we were equally delighted. There was no sales pressure or unrealistic quotations. Chris is an engineer and not a salesman and was only interested in providing what was right for us, installed correctly. We are fortunate in having a large S facing roof and have had 18 panels and 10kw of batteries installed. The price was very reasonable, both the scaffolders and the installers were knowledgeable and charming, and everything was conducted in a very professional manner. We also got help after the installation in terms of how to access export payments which was very useful.

We have had 11 solar panels, 2 batteries and an iBoost for hot water installed.
What a great company UK Solar Services is! So nice to be able to communicate with the boss of the company. We had several quotes, including ones from larger companies and none really made any sense
or seemed "right". We felt very uneasy especially with the larger companies who sent in "their" salespeople and assessors to look at the job only to discover with research that they were only a front to convert enquiries into leads. We didn't know who we were dealing with. Also, some of the companies had not been trading for long, despite the spiel "we have been trading for years", and/or had changed their company name frequently owing to going out of business. Some of the smaller companies admitted to having only installed a very low number of systems as they were new to solar. No thanks, none of you are not taking our money!!
Back to UK Solar Services: quick response, full hard copy details on how your system will work, excellent pricing (they won't rip you off), perfect communication leading up to install, trouble free installation by knowledgeable and tidy workers within the timeframe quoted, final sign off paperwork within a day of completed install and best of all we are importing solar, charging our batteries, getting hot water and now selling back to the grid. That can't be bad can it! It has been so good to have a job done with no hassle, no stress and for a good price by a trustworthy honest company..

We were very impressed with Chris and his team of installers. Chris was really helpful and clear throughout, and responded quickly and patiently to all our questions. The job was arranged quickly and done to a high standard on time.

Chris,was fantastic from the start ,he only wanted me to have what he thought would be the right size system very informative, good price, and the lads who came to fit the system we're, on time ,polite,and clean and tidy.

Chris was the only one of my "three quotes" who came out to look at the property - the other two said they'd do a site survey *after* I placed an order. Chris spotted two little things that weren't flagged up on the other quotes, and came up with a better technical solution as a result. It also assured us of a quote that wasn't going to change later.
The quote was clear and had plenty of background information. The installation was incredibly neat & tidy and the system has worked exactly as promised, and more efficiently than we had hoped.

Chris was prompt, professional and courteous during each visit (quote / survey) which were done on the day as agreed. The quote process was straightforward and extremely competitive. The install happened on the agreed day and was completed quickly and competently by the team who were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. I sent them an email as my inverter of 13 years had stopped working. The company had quoted me (Good price) and fitted the new inverter within four days. The installers were very helpful and informative. The after sales service is great. Any communication by phone with the boss is in affect a history log.
