Eyebrow mole excision
I had a mole removed from my eyebrow by excision, and the service provided was great. They answered all my questions and making the appointment booking was especially easy over WhatsApp. All staff, including the doctor, nurse and reception staff, were kind, professional and supportive in case I was feeling nervous. The procedure was thorough, with (as expected) a bit of stinging when the local anaesthetic was injected. Aftercare was explained well. It is now a week later and everything is healing up nicely.

From the very first contact with UKskin, to enquire about upper eyelid surgery, the team were amazing. Excellent communication every step of the way. The surgeon explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease. The team were brilliant on the day of the procedure and I felt very well looked after. quick procedure - great results
I had a cyst removed from my scalp at UKskin and overall had a very positive experience. The process from enquiry to booking was straightforward and moved quickly. Communication on WhatsApp at one point felt a little less professional than expected, which is why I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars, but once I confirmed my treatment everything was organised efficiently.
On the day of the procedure, the clinic was clean and welcoming. The consultant was friendly, explained the process clearly, and the removal itself was quick, painless, and handled with great care. Aftercare was excellent too - my stitches were removed after 12 days, the nurse was reassuring and informative, and the healing has gone well.

I had a great experience with UKSKIN with getting let down by the NHS, UKSkin got me straight in. The staff was amazing, very friendly and could ask them anything! Made my experience amazing and relaxing even when I was having surgery on my face for something I had on my face for 5years!!! Earlobe repair surgery
I had earlobe repair surgery and was extremely nervous about the whole experience as I had no idea what to expect. The atmosphere as soon as I walked through the doors was so calming and the receptionists were so lovely and welcoming. My surgeon Dr Rajive was absolutely amazing, he talked me through the procedure beforehand and even gave me some stress balls to play with during the procedure which I really appreciate as it calmed my nerves a lot. Both Dr Rajive and his assistant talked to me throughout making me feel 100x calmer than before. The only initial pain I felt was the sharp pinch as the anaesthetic was injected but the actual procedure itself was 100% pain free. I am beyond happy with my results and would HIGHLY recommend UKSKIN to anyone looking to have surgery.

Just want to say what an amazing experience I’ve had at UK Skin, I recently had Vaser Liposuction and from the booking process to the day of surgery everything was perfect and well co-ordinated. The day of the procedure and the appts before were great. Dr Dimitrios Kanakopoulos Made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure and Nurse Natasha was great too! From the moment I walked into UKSkin clinic I knew I was in the right hands. The entire experience from start to finish has been nothing short of exceptional.
My journey began with my amazing patient coordinator Ruth who made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Her warmth and kindness gave me confidence and peace of mind before even meeting my surgeon.
Nicole greeted me at reception who was very welcoming and sweet and gave me a couple of calls to remind me of my appointments.
As for my surgeon Dr Apostolos I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful that I had him as my surgeon. He was not only incredibly professional but also compassionate and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns for my upper eyelid surgery and explained everything in a way that made me feel at ease. His expertise, knowledge and skill are reflected in my outstanding results, a week in and I honestly look incredible my eyes look and feel amazing also my vision has improved! I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
As for the procedure itself I had nothing to worry about as there was no pain and felt very relaxed thanks to the theatre manager Jean who was attentive and professional and an absolute gem who I have developed a soft spot for! Also my nurse Dal made sure I felt totally at ease whilst Dr Apostolos really took his time making sure everything looked absolutely perfect.
The aftercare has been equally impressive. Mary Ann gave me the most beautiful after care and was consistently attentive, checking in on me regularly and offering guidance as I healed she also removed my stitches with gentleness and ease with no pain. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that any questions I had were answered promptly. It truly felt like I had a team of professionals supporting me, every step of the way.
Overall, I am so grateful for the care I received and so lucky to have landed myself with this team. My experience has been life changing, and I’m beyond happy with the results. If you’re considering any kind of procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Apostolos and his wonderful team at UKSKIN. I miss them all so much already💐

Earlobe repair experience
I saw Dr Mafi for Earlobe repair surgery. This is my first time doing anything like this and the team were very welcoming and friendly. I had a lovely conversation both with the surgeon and the nurse during my procedure, I didn't feel a thing.
Everything is healing nicely, no problems at all. I would absolutely return for further treatments in future.

I was in really good hands!
I had a really great experience with the entire staff at Harley Street. All my concerns and worries were listened to, and they made absolutely sure that I was feeling comfortable before, during, and after surgery. Because I hadn’t eaten and drunk enough on the day of surgery, I felt quite faint on the way home (my own fault) but a nurse and even my surgeon, Dr Omar Tillo, phoned me that evening to check up on me. All the nurses were fab, but special shout out to Mary Ann, who is a bundle of sunshine.
Btw, my very first concern, before contacting anyone, was about finding the right clinic, and that I was in professional hands and not being ripped off. I definitely made the right decision. I was given time to think things over and at no point was I advised or pressured into paying for any additional or unnecessary extra treatment. That meant a lot to me.
