Never received the product. Asked for explanation, company replied with, we'll send you another. It's been months, nothing received or heard.

Terms and conditions state the organisation is based in the UK, yet no company number or charity number. No evidence or proof that this company is legitimate, the fake trust pilot picture on the website (showing 4.5 stars) and the fact it is covered in grammatical and other errors. The charities mentioned are American charities, again why not give to the British salvation army not the American one, if you are based in the UK... nothing on the website makes it appear legitimate.

I have been waiting for over 3 months for my bracelet and after one message from Amanda have heard nothing since, as much as I want to believe this is a real site helping Ukraine and it’s people I have to wonder if I’ve actually been scammed, only time will tell, I still hope for the bracelet to arrive and if it does I will change my review
Update: still nothing after repeated requests for information so ITS A SCAM

I purchased a Bracelet In April...the 16th & wrote to them more than once asking for an update..The last update I received on APRIL 24th was.....I've carefully looked into your order and can see that it has been shipped, so it is on its way to you. I have not been able to get a reply or receive an update since then ! Impossible to know how many people they SCAMMED ! ! But for sure I was one of them !

Took some time but at least customer service was responsive and helpful

Very impressed with the service. My first one came undone at the right side therefore couldn't wear it. It will be replaced at no charge. Very kind of them they didn't have to do that. I love the bracelet and am very happy to be going a new one.

Ordered bracelet on April 28th, sent an e-mail of concern on May 10th because the tracking number they gave me did not work (too many digits for the company that they claimed they ship through), received generic e-mail stating package was in customs...that is ridiculous, it does not take that long for items from the United Kingdom to reach the United States. Furthermore they did not provide me with accurate tracking number. Complained again on June 4th, asked for refund, received e-mail stating the bracelet had been delivered -- again they do not provide any independent accurate tracking number that would confirm this with a shipping site. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to open a fraud case.

I received the the wrist band of my choice in a suitable amount of time. I import things on a regular basis so a little patients is needed when buying from overseas.
My friends who have seen the item comment on how beautiful it is and is supporting such a worthy cause. I tell them that even if no one ever wears the item, it's an important part history that I'm proud to support.
I am now ordering a second wrist band as I feel the Ukraine is going to need a lot of financial support when this war finally comes to an end.
I feel giving a small donation for those in need is a worthwhile venture.

The parcel was late but that was due to the country I am in. So glad I got to wear something that will remind me that Ukraine fought a historical war for our freedom !

I’m sad that this site is still taking donations without providing any transparency that any significant portion of the donations actually go to Ukraine.
They do excellent marketing and are now whining that they “may have to close.” If people don’t continue to donate. There are so many reputable alternatives. Before donating you should investigate that the charity is real. Just having Ukraine in the name doesn’t mean anything. There is so much need and I doubt if anyone wants their money to go to scammers who are good at marketing.

Fishy business used war in Ukraine to scam peples and poceting donation money. Selling $1.50 items for $30 & collecting donation without any proofs to use it for help Ukraine.

Funny how i've not received the item i ordered, plus the site is now closing down a few days after ordering. Tracking details supplied do not work. Be very wary of this organisation
