No response at my emails.. Friday before order being processed I've contacted them but they answered Monday when order was dispatched.i wanted to change address of delivery but as they answered too late I couldn't anymore

Hi, You ordered twice as the first order was to an incorrect address. you then emailed us after we had dispatched your order and sent a confirmation of dispatch email to request an address change! We clearly explained that your order had already been dispatched so could not be recalled. Then you leave a 1 star review for your mistake??? Sorry, but you need to accept that this was your mistake!

A Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered from UKherbals for the first time on14th January 2023. The package was apparently despatched on 16th January via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. To date no tracking info and no package. There is no telephone number to contact them that I could see on their website and they dont reply to emails.

Worth waiting for..
I had to wait a long time for my herbal drops to arrive due to the postal strikes which was to be expected. My parcel arrived expertly secured by the company for safe transport. I am delighted with the quality of the product, price and overall care applied.
