From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful and proactive. He took the time to help me choose a flooring colour that closely matched the living room, and even arranged for samples to be sent to me so I could make the decision with confidence. He was very patient while I was deciding, and once I confirmed the choice, he immediately placed the order and arranged the installation without any delay.

The installation team was equally impressive. The fitter worked from 9am until around 3pm without taking a break, only stopping briefly near the end, and managed to complete both bedrooms in a single day, finishing all work before 5pm. The work was carried out very efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the final result looks fantastic.

From selecting the flooring, placing the order, to completing the installation, the entire process took around one week, which is honestly the most efficient service I have experienced in the UK.

We purchased engineered wood flooring, UFH-compatible underlay and a door T-bar from the UK flooring company ltd. for our new property. James kindly and efficiently arranged all aspects of the process, including liaising on flooring colour and supplementary materials, coordinating the delivery time and location, introducing a professional handyman and handling payments and receipts. He also provided additional support and helpful suggestions throughout.

The UK flooring company offers a one year warranty on installation and a 25 year structural warranty on the flooring, which is very reassuring. We are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the flooring and the high standard of professional service provided.

Great experience to get high quality wood planks. The customer service is really great, they sent out samples for free and the samples are the same to the packed ones. I’ve bought a large amount of herringbone style engineering wood and it arrived just in 3 days. Wood planks are in good quality and the finish is very nice. Recommended!

The wooden flooring was left on driveway in pouring rain. No attempt was made to move the flooring inside my house. I moved the 51 boxes by myself. If left outside the flooring would have warped.
