I’ve been using UkeySoft for a while now and I am honestly impressed with both the software quality and the outstanding customer support.

W zeszłym miesiącu zainstalowałem i wykupiłem dożywotnią licencję Ukey Soft Tidal Downoloader. Aplikacja działa sprawnie, organizuje foldery zgodnie z ustawieniami, prawidłowo taguje pliki.
Zauważyłem, że pliki Hi-Res downsampluje do 16/44,1! Zadałem pytanie wsparciu technicznemu czy tak działa aplikacja, poproszono mnie o przesłanie logów, co uczyniłem, ale brak odpowiedzi.
Okazało się również, że płyty nagrane bez przerw (np. koncerty) możliwe są do odtworzenia tylko z przerwami- aplikacja dodaje krótkie przerwy, i jest to irytujące. Zadałem kolejne pytanie. Brak odpowiedzi.
Podsumowując: aplikacja działa sprawnie, ma cechy nie opisane w specyfikacji (i to jest istotna wada), a wsparcie nie odpowiada tak szybko jak inni podkreślają (o ile w ogóle odpowie).

Love this software... every now and then it has a glitch but to be fair these guys respond to my support emails within 24 hours and usually provide a fix/patch/update within the same period.

This is easily in my top ten pieces of software i have ever brought. Great to find a company that provides such an excellent service and customer support.
