Virksomheden kommer op som noget af det første på Google og ser meget officiel ud. DET ER DEN IKKE. MAN BETALER 99,00 £ for noget som i virkeligheden koster 16£. Det er snyd.
Jeg har anmodet om tilbage betaling, men tvivler på det lykkes. Har spærret min konto, men desværre ikke muligt for beløb, der er reserveret.

Be careful with this company. They are unethical and have no shame. The fees are hidden and they'll overcharge really high. Download the official app. Do not apply or use any of the choices that Google shows. Also, shame on you Google as you probably know how unethical frauds these companies are and you still allow them on your search engine. You have a responsibility to protect and serve us users.

Appena ricevuta una truffa.
Dovevo fare l'ETA e sono entrata in questo sito, che sembrava ok.
Come indicazione di prezzo, viene riportato solo e 19,85 tasse di concessione governative ed invece andando avanti con la procedura, mi sono trovata addebitata € 98,45
Praticamente si prendono €78,60 per pratiche amministrative, oltre che un furto si tratta di truffa bella e buona.

My sister and her boyfriend want to visit us in the UK. They were in a hurry and didn't pay attention that this is NOT the official GOV UK site. They understood that things are not ok when they were asked to pay 200 euros for something that should cost around 40. The bank blocked the transaction hopefully, but please people pay attention to this and be careful. The UK gov have a site that is the official way of getting the ETA.

Non solo non sono stati in grado di farmi il documento, dopo svariati contatti. Poi, alla fine, mi hanno detto che la foto del passaporto non Venice letta e che mi avrebbero rimborsata. Ti inviano la fattura del rimborso ma non i soldi! Li ho contattati diverse volte ed inizialmente mi dicevano che erano passati pochi giorni (10!), poi di rivolgermi alla mia banca. Ovviamente, per altri pagamenti e rimborsi non ho avuto nessun problema. A distanza di un mese, 100 euro mai rimborsati ed un continuo andare contro un muro via email. Non affidatevi a loro se potete.

BIG FRAUD. I wanted to apply online for the ETA visa in order to access the UK: "UK ETA Online" showed up first on my list so I clicked their link; the website appeared official (they were charging ca. 40€ to obtain two visas) but when I was about to pay them my bank account asked for 194€. I noticed in their website that payment included ca. 160€ of fees for their procedure. Fortunately my bank blocked the payment and my credit card.

DO NOT use this website. They were charging me $190 Canadian for an application that costs just $30 Canadian from the UK government's website.

Scam site that charge you for carrying out a admin fee that you can do with the British government for around 80% less.

They hide the final fee as much as possible so customers are duped into pay excessive amount. It is a dishonest operation

On the plus side you do get the ETA.... you just have to pay 99 euros instead of 20 and they don't tell you that.

It is a scam charging 4xmore and you don't even recived ETA at the end

A third party website that is 4 times as expensive as going direct to the government website!

This company is not ethical and I think they are dishonest. I thought they were a authentic UK government website. They charged 79 pounds for an ETA on October 12 2025 and I never received it. Do not use this company !!

Scam. Avoid it as it is unclear what they do with the passport photos

The website is a scam it charges 6 times the price of an ETA. It is the first website that appears in Google.

They were charging me £97 when in reality the ETA costs only £16. Luckily I realized this before completing my application. Better go directly to the government website and apply from there. People say it's not a scam, but even if it's real, charging 6 times for something that people can very easily do in the official website is bunkers.

They pretend to be from the goverment and handing out your ETA. But instead they charge you more then the 'known' 17 GBP.
