Loft insulation fitters: excellent.
Dennis and Cade arrived on schedule, cleared the loft space and hoovered throughout, removing all old insulation and boards efficiently and without damage to the surroundings. They then laid new insulation across the loft space, hoovered again on completion, removing all site debris, and they left mid-afternoon. Very efficient, tidy, friendly, professional and competent. No problems before, during or after their visit. Would strongly recommend them.

Unfortunately not overly convinced currently
Initial interactions with the company were positive- Tim and the sales team seemed knowledgeable and friendly, keeping me up to date with cost & install. Although seemed expensive, decided to go with UK Energy Saving Network as they offered a limited time discount.
Day before install, informed different installers attending - no problem.
Install date, chaps arrived, Initially didn't have dust sheets and one chap seemed irritated that they'd been forgotten. Work started, very rapid. They were surprised that the space was smaller than quoted and finished early. Very keen to get on the road, they'd travelled from Hampshire. Phonecall to check install okay, mentioned all okay however I needed to sweep / hoover loft. Rep said this was not good enough and the one chap with my help, swept up the debry / mess.
All seemed okay until 1st April, when I nipped to the loft to get something out and noticed the foil insulation falling away. Was put in touch with install dept, who was prompt in getting back to me, asked for photos and said when someone next in area, they'll swing by. Went to loft again today and noticed another huge bit of foil insulation failing and falling away. Sent pics to install team who tells me this has never happened before and is sending someone out tomorrow (15/04/26). Very concerning that the insulation comes with a 25yr warranty and it's barely lasted a few weeks. After a positive start, I am left feeling very concerned about the longevity of the product and more the sheer cost for a currently faulty product so far.

Highly recommended very professional service amazing team.
Totally impressed with the professional service provided by this company.
Simply cannot fault any aspect from the initial contact through every stage to completion of the replacement loft insulation work.
An appointment was arranged in our home with Martin who surveyed the loft and took pictures.
We discussed our requirements and preferences in a relaxed friendly manner.
He gave us full details such as materials, regulations, procedures,timings and estimates for work they could carry out for us.
At no point were we made to feel pressured to accept the quote or obliged to agree to have the work done and were given time to make our own decision .
Many thanks Martin, we felt confident and reassured to proceed further.
Our huge thanks to Tom and Marcus who arrived on time after kindly notifying us of a delay due to a punctured tyre.
They were both polite, well mannered and friendly also very respectful to us and our home.
They worked efficiently, tidily with explanations as they proceeded.
Photographs were taken throughout the process and shown to us on completion whilst confirming we were happy with the work.
Thank you to Emma and Freya who dealt with our requests in the office.
Overall we have found it refreshing and uplifting to experience such a professional reliable service.
It really is appreciated.

What went right?
What went right?
I'm a single female pensioner on a low income with disabilities so i had to trust what was being done in my attic of my bungalow. The staff was two lads Pete and Steve and Billie (she was lovely and a brick to clean up and apologise for Steve's complete clumbsyness and total lack of Health and Safety to me and my home). I was shut in the living room when there was a hell of a clatter and a hole the size of a jam jar lid was pierced through the ceiling. I told them straight away as it happened. Billie came in and took pictures,Steve came in he did apologise but lied to me as I found out from Shaun later that it was the lamp from on his head that dropped off he even demonstrated how it happened. It was the much heavier lamp they used he dropped. I was angry and deeply upset he did a rough job of patching it up he didn't clean up the mess he made. It was when the job was completed and Freya from the office was on the phone that I told her what happened that the two lads sat out in the van and they sent Billie to clean up. Freya phoned again to find out if they left it clean and to pay for the work done. While on the phone to her I went into my bedroom went to touch something on my bed and cut my finger ( not badly) and realised it was broken glass from a photo frame that was hanging on the wall. I was so distressed by this not so much by the broken frame but who in there right mind puts broken on someones bed and not say anything about it. Once again it was Billie who came and apologised for it. Again I found out Later It was Steve who broke it and claimed to have forgot about it. He had no business going into my bedroom yet beyond belief putting broken glass on a pensioners bed. I should have held up payment but i paid in full. Shaun was sent two days later to do a better patch up job but it sticks out like a sore thumb. £3,700 I paid for a damaged ceiling which I can't afford to be repainted and no follow up after Shaun's visit.

Callum & Lee turned up on time explained everything before starting work, checked all lights were working before & after.
Cleared the loft with little mess carpets all covered. Layed the new knarf wool and vents and sprayed all joints.
We were both happy with the work and how tidy lee & Callum left our property.

Lofte reinsulation
In the end, on the day, I had to be persuaded to alter the material I'd discussed when making my booking. I think it's going to be OK, but I guess the sales and installation teams need closer alignment. The installation team were lovely and as careful as possible.

Brilliant experience from start to…
Brilliant experience from start to finish. From the get go the lady who organised the survey was incredibly patient. Mick who carried out the survey was reassuring and knowledgable. No pushy sales tactics whatsoever and no up front payments required. Lee and Calum went above and beyond when fitting the loft insulation, cleaning up behind themselves and ensuring constant communication with us throughout. Highly recommend!
