Very happy with the service received. The local fitter replaced my windscreen without any problems and left car in perfect conditions with clear instructions on 'setting times'. Would definitely use again, though hope I don't have to!

Just had windscreen fitted been great service , kept me updated times etc and very happy with fitter's work .

When I needed a new windscreen in a hurry, UK Car Glass was able to provide a quote and fitting time very efficiently.

Lots of communications from them by text message, WhatsApp, email and phone to confirm what was happening, and the windscreen was fitted on day agreed by a very competent installer.

The only thing missing was confirmation of the two hour time slot when the fitter would arrive, hence only 4 stars.

When car windscreen began to leak, UK Glass responded promptly and effectively, explaining my options. I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that a requested date was then moved, as was the timing on the then agreed date, but as the work was being carried out by one of their partners, this was possibly out of UK Glass’s control, and they did keep me up to date with the situation in a timely manner. Although it hasn’t yet rained to check the repair, it has hopefully been a good job at a fair price.

Called on Monday, received a quote the next day early in the morning which was followed by a call not long after. Agreed the quote, logged online to complete the booking form. Later that day I received a text to say that the job was booked for the following day. The fitter arrived, explained what he was planning to do regarding calibration and completed the fitting within a couple of hours.
