This was such a seamless and convenient way to travel from Paris to London! Our driver Sameen was incredibly punctual, kind, and attentive. I will absolutely use this company every time I wish to go back and forth between Europe and the UK!

The service was excellent! I travelled with my friend and my beloved German shepherd dog from London to Madrid.
From the starting point which was a query only the information was clear and quick. The booking was very straightforward and explained the process well.

The journey itself was wonderful. Anam was our driver and arrived on time, explained every single step with clarity and without being overwhelming. There were just enough stops for us to stretch our legs, grab a bite and let my dog out. Anam was very knowledgeable of the requirements in the border and explained and guided us through it. He was very organised and experienced in terms of time and we arrived to Spain earlier than expected.

We had a large car which was great and very comfortable for my 36KG dog with joint issues.there was plenty of room for us and all our bags and packs.

I couldn’t recommend more this service and in particular Anam. Thank you for supporting us through stressful times.

The service was amazing. Anma our driver was amazing. Knew what to do and give us regular stops when needed for sky (dog) to go toilet. The car was really comfy and loads of room. I would highly recommend. Amazing service.

My partner and I chose this company out of the many pet taxi services because they were so easy to communicate with. The company responded to my inquiry immediately. Saeed our driver was a careful driver and very knowledgeable about the process. Saeed double checked our paperwork and knew everyone at the points where our documents were checked. He gave our dogs four rest stops. He also helped with our 8 pieces of luggage. Despite being delayed for over an hour and a half at passport control because of a national outage, the experience with UK and Europe Pet Taxi was a great experience. We will use this company on the way back.

I had a fantastic experience with UK & Europe Pet Taxi. Our driver Usman took me from Marbella, Spain to London with my dog Toby. The whole process was completely seamless and stress-free. Usman handled everything from start to finish and was incredibly professional, helpful and reassuring. He made both me and Toby feel at ease throughout the whole journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and would definitely recommend them!

Sameen was very professional and a 5 star driver. This was our first time travelling across the channel with our cat, the whole ride was seamless and well taken care of despite the incident delay from Le Shuttle. Honestly couldn’t find a better and seamless pet taxi service elsewhere.

Il driver sig Samì è stato una persona fantastica, molto professionale ed attento alle ns esigenze personali. Abbiamo anche dovuto affrontare un problema burocratico alla dogana per il ns PET, e il sig Samì ci ha supportato ed aiutati a risolvere. Certamente in lui abbiamo incontrato un PLUS. Grazie ps occhio alla documentazione per i PET, la dogana è molto pignola e non hanno un minimo di buon senso . Quindi fare sempre un check nel paese di partenza da professionisti competenti prima di iniziare il viaggio col vostro PET .

Amazing! When our hired campervan was unrepairable in the south of France with two children and a dog we felt completely stranded. These guys were amazing and were with us the next day, they were kind, efficient, honest and so reassuring. A great trip back, the best service level I can remember from any business. Saved the end of our holiday.

I have used this service 3 times when I travel from the US with my show dogs to the UK and they do an excellent service, and simply put that’s why I use their services. They are courteous and professional at what they do. The vehicles they use are clean spacious and comfortable. The booking process was easy and best of all the communication with them during the entire process is excellent.

I’ve used their services multiple times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Booking is easy, they are very responsive, make it easy on the dogs during the journey, and know well the process at the border. Overall highly professional staff with deep care for dogs and high standards of service.

After a very hellish airplane journey from DC to Paris, Sameen was a great driver who made the whole process easier. Despite being required to pay more for the delay caused by the airline, this was an excellent way to transport my animal. My family, my furbaby, and I deeply appreciated the kindness, chat, and friendly nature of everyone from the booking to transport!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.

My partner and I used UK and Europe Pet Taxi to travel from Paris into the UK with our dog, Barrington, and the entire process was so seamless. We were travelling for a mix of work and personal time, and bringing our pup across borders came with a lot of paperwork and moving pieces. Katie and Saeed made everything feel easy.

The were incredibly helpful as a second eye on our travel documents and health certificates, and Saeed spoke on our behalf at the entry points, and genuinely felt like a concierge throughout the entire journey. We always knew what was happening, felt completely supported, and had so much more confidence because he clearly knew the process inside and out.

The car was spotless, comfortable, and very well kept, and Barrington settled in immediately. Saeed was warm, professional, patient, and just an all-around great person to travel with.

This experience exceeded every expectation. We felt completely taken care of and would recommend UK and Europe Pet Taxi without hesitation to anyone travelling between Europe and the UK with their pet. Truly a stellar service.
