Do not order from this company - their customer success function is not fit for purpose and I am literally tearing my hair out at the inability of this company to understand very simple and easy to understand facts.

I ordered some garage shelves a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was prompt and well handled. But when I opened the box, they had sent me the wrong item entirely.

Using their online chat service, I was told to provide photographic evidence that the item was incorrect, which I did immediately showing the labelling on the box was for the wrong item. I then had to wait the weekend to receive a follow-up that well the box must have been incorrectly labelled ("as that can happen") - and asked to take a photo of the internals. I sent these again immediately showing it was the wrong product, including screenshots of that product on their website (a cheaper product) and a screenshot of the product I had ordered and want to be dispatched to replace.

I am now over 24 hours awaiting a response other than, we will come back in 1-2 business days.

This is not good enough. This company has taken my money, sent me the wrong product, and has me in a spin dryer of back and forth with a robot trying to prove to them what is clearly a mistaken product picking issue in their warehouse. I just want my money back now.

So, the moral of the story. Be very wary of ordering with Vevor in case you run into any issues with the product you are ordering, want a refund, etc. Buyer beware.

Does what it says on the tin. Good value prompt service.

Excellent as always

The motorcycle lift arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It certainly looks a sturdy piece of kit and looks well made. Have not tried it yet so unable to comment on how it works.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is a minor thing.
One of the units I ordered was poorly finished on one edge. Over sanded. But minor so didnt return or ask for a replacement. Otherwise really lovely well made and great looking.

A separate note.
Your instructions are on the funny side over cautious. Easy to follow but It really doesnt take 2 people to build these.

Built one with my partner and the other by myself. Guess which one was quicker and easier. (But that may just be the help I had.) ;D
