No customer support for online orders
No customer support for online orders. I placed an order and haven’t received an update for a week. Contacted their support via the ticketing system; no response. Sent an email; no response. There’s also no way to cancel the order unless you send them an email and they’re not even responding to emails so what’s the point?
I’ve heard their products are great but it appears that they forgot about the customer support part of the process.
