Product came as expected in good time. Was happy with the finished product although the actual cushion could have been a bit better.

I attempted to order a photo book. Spent nearly 5 hrs drafting it. When I tried saving it, the round saving icon just continued to go round. It would not save the project. I had signed in. I have used this company in 2020.
I have had Burrhole evacuation subdural hematoma. I am retired. I rang and spoke to Angel she said to clear cache and cookies and send a screenshot shot of the issue. Luckily the project was in my history.
I attempted again to order the photo book. Failed.
Rang again spoke to Alexander who was unhelpful.
I have emailed numerous times.
Lisa replied twice with the same message clear the cache and cookies .
I have wasted soo much time. Got upset as I wanted this photo book as I gift.
I have left contact number and requested a call back. Nothing. I know it is festive period but this started on 14th Dec
All my hard work wasted.. a great deal of inconvenience and upset
There is definitely an issue with the website. Also it would not have taken them long to find my project as I rang them up next day. Gave time and all my details etc. They are supposed to be a reputable company. They do not care !!

Excellent Quality : Service : Price : Highly Recommended.

Ordered a photo book, 2 weeks later nothing had arrived. Rang them and was told the print quality wasn't good enough so they didn't post it. I was never informed of this! Was offered a link to redo it and a voucher, when this was emailed it couldn't be opened, I emailed them back but received no response. As it was a Christmas present for my mother I went to another company to order one. Guess what original photo book turns up the next day and had been posted to me a week earlier!! So everything I was told on the phone was lies and I now have 2 photobooks at considerable expense!!! Will never use this company again.

Would highly recommend xx the photo tiles wear amazing x came very fast I’m so pleased with it all xx

The photo images were high quality. Quick delivery. Great product.
Thank you

This is the second jigsaw we ordered via a Groupon deal. The first was a family photo and the quality of both jigsaw and print was very poor. The second was a landscape photo jigsaw and although still flimsy it looked better. I wouldn’t order again, not even on a Groupon deal (which worked out about £8 including postage for a small jigsaw. The full price is a joke, I would be furious if I had paid that. The only good thing I can say is that they were very good at keeping you posted with updates on the status of your order.

Ordering was a breeze, Kept me informed all the way through. Delivery was perfect. Extremely pleased with the order too

Order came quickly and of good quality too. Would buy from again.

Very fast delivery and good quality product

Excellent quality photo tiles
Look amazing and easy to hang
The magnetic backs allow you yo move and replace the photo tiles in different orders especially when adding new ones to the design. We have ours placed up the stairs, not only fo they look great but also alot safer than glass frames.
Excellent value - I used the Groupon voucher for an excellent saving too

Quick and easy to order and personalise the product. I went for the 1000 piece personalised jigsaw.
Very happy with the overall product and arrived quickly.

First time ever using this print company. Wow, I am delighted. The print is stunning. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Wrong size received terrible picture, terrible quality

The product is made of cheap materials with a plastic zip with nothing to hold to pull across, would not recommend

Beautiful photo. Amazing 😍

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, says dispatched but no order.
Customer service very unhelpful. Said to check address. Check it twice all correct. Message again, now no answer. Avoid

Prompt service. Good quality photobook for a gift

Brilliant jigsaw puzzle of the family great Christmas present for the grandchildren. Also great delivery and the quality is A1. Thank you

Easy ordering with plenty of options. Special offers are great but the quality of these canvases is absolutely brilliant.usually with other companies I have used the pictures would distort slightly when enlarged but I have had a number of ones from this company and they are all excellent with no worries about picture clarity.
