Excellent service.

Terrible quality and very disappointing customer service.

I ordered a dress from MISSACC and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The dress is very poorly made, and the front/bust area is completely wrong and badly constructed. It does not sit properly and looks nothing like what I expected from the pictures.

I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the problem. Instead of properly addressing the quality issue, I was told that the dress fits the model and that I should choose a custom size next time. This completely misses the point — the problem is not my size. It is the way the dress has been made. I have other dresses in the same size that fit me perfectly.

What is even more frustrating is the return solution they offered. If I return the dress, they want to deduct the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee, while I would also have to deal with the return shipping and possible customs charges. This feels very unfair when I am unhappy with the quality and construction of the dress.

They offered me £17 partial refund or a 30% coupon to keep the dress. I chose the 30% coupon because the return conditions were so unreasonable, but I am still extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

I would not recommend MISSACC based on this experience. The quality was not what I expected, and the way my complaint was handled made the situation even more frustrating. Think carefully before ordering, especially if you receive an item that you are unhappy with.

**The reply is completely wrong!! I contacted them the day I received the item and I was told I need to pay for all charges! Horrendous, again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!**

easy site to navigate, love my dress, just not this site doesn't offer returns because everything is made to order, it clearly says that so it is a bit of a risk if you don't like it

Do not buy.

Their refund policy is a lie. They will keep your money. They will not accept reruns even when the quality is horrendous. The pictures on the website are not real. Do not use.

Dress stained and marked. Apparently it was quality checked - by whom???Offered £47.16 refund and told I could get it professionally dry cleaned - err no, not on a brand new dress (supposedly not worn before). Plus i dont believe these marks are coming out ? Fabric flaw?
The service is horrific - and now have had no contact from missac since the initial time. I have contacted my bank in the meantime. My daughter's wedding is at the end of October and I now have no dress - gutted. Never ever buy from this company - simply awful

Update - yes the updated email offered me £130 refund as there would be a restocking fee and charges - again, no! This was supposedly brand new! This is not my failt and the service is horrendous.My bank is now pursuing

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased 2 dresses about 1 month ago . I enquired as to where my order was as I had 1 eks left till the event I needed them for. I was told they were being made to measure . I dont remeber anyone measuring me but anyway . Items didnt arrive for anothwr 2 wks . I haven't even opened them and being trying to reach them through email and now they wont reply even on the chat provided. Terrible company to buy from. As everyone else has said buy locally . It says Missacc UK. Definitely not . Ive lost a lot of money . But I wont give up I work hard for my money and I will get it bl even if I have to get a solicitor involved. Stay clear

They have a beautiful selection of dresses at very affordable prices, and I really appreciated that they can adjust the dress to your measurements. The measuring instructions are very clear and detailed.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I checked their returns policy careful and this is completely misleading!
I requested a return within the 14 day period and had no response taking me beyond the timeline.
They are literally robbing customers blind if they wish to return an item. I will not stand for this and I am in the process of escalation now to recover all of my money. I will win this battle because how they are acting with their deductions is dishonest.
Unless you are sure of the colour and your sizing on their website and have no doubt that you will keep your items, do not buy! I repeat do not buy! They cannot charge you restocking fees or not refund your postage. Everyone please be fully aware of your consumer rights if they are offering you a measly sum of a refund for your items. You are entitled to almost all of your money back.

Easy to use website dresses look fabulous hopefully same when they arrive

Absolutely love my dresses ordered 2 for choice for my sons wedding as I couldn't make up my mind which one i liked best. Material is excellent, definitely would buy from again.

Si vous cherchez bien, vous trouverez plusieurs entreprise Missacc avec des notes bonnes ou moyennes. En verité ils sont médiocres !
Suite à un souci sur ma commande et après des mois de batailles, je finis par accepter de leur renvoyer à mes frais le colis complet. Sur leur site il est bien noté que lorsque le colis est renvoyé au complet, si les articles n'ont pas été utilisé, vous êtes remboursés.

Mensonge ! Ces escrocs retour sur leurs propres informations de retour et de remboursement pour ne me rendre, peut être, c'est même pas sûr ! Que les deux articles qui poussaient problemes à la base alors que j'ai tout renvoyé et que tous les articles n'ont pas servi ! On parle d'une commande à presque 300€ sans compter les frais de livraisons et de renvoie !

Totalement absurde ! Ils se cachent derriere une localisation en Chine pour contourner les lois de commerces européennes et ne pas vous renbourser !!

I DID A STANDARD SIZED DRESS, NOT CUSTOM, TRIED IT ON DAY OF DELIVERY. I WEAR A 10 BUT BOUGHT A 16 IT WAS STILL VERY TIGHT. I TRIED TO RETURN THE 270.00 DRESS AND THEY OFFERED ME 50.00 AND SAID I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND BACK TO CHINA!

The dress was as described, looked even better in reality, the material was good quality, the customer service excellent, the delivery was easy to follow, and it arrived in time. I will definitly order again and can only recommend them. Thank you to the team, you really safed my day.

Do not buy any thing from this Chinees Chop. The dress vas not in the rigth size and They want let me get the adress for return. They ask me to give it to a friend, resailet my self or get a Tailor, that will cost me more than the dress.
If any one hav return their dress, please let me know the address so I can send it back.
