The product is a lovely quality, colour and meets all of my eco ethical demands. It is the perfect size and the compartments are really useful. The only thing missing is a key fob, or carabina to attach a set of house keys. Also, advise that the dust cover bag is also made of recycled material.

Such a good brand! Quick postage and amazing bag

The bag is lovely and well made. My one complaint is that the herb colour online looked quite different to the colour the bag actually is - it's much paler and more blue toned than the photo showed. Did end up keeping the bag but for the money the photos should be more accurate.

Nice selection of products, all as described and arrived on time. Good value for money on the sale, not sure I'd pay full price though as many High Street shops sell vegan bags and shoes at a fraction of the price now. Deducted 1 star as the packaging was shoddy, the outer box was tatty albeit contents fine. I'm all for reusing packaging but make it presentable.

I’ve ordered from Matt & Nat 12 days ago. Shipment is instructed to be 3-5 days. contact with them is only via email, and they take 4 business days to response!

Provided all invoicing details as this was important. They didn’t complete the invoice details with the correct information and then refused to change it.

Not sure why the delivery is so expensive, especially because the return (at your own expense) only cost me ~1/3 of the delivery cost that Matt&Nat charge. It's put me off from ordering again.

Products look fabulous and are very comfortable to wear.

Really slow customer service response. Faulty item but wouldn't replace until original had been sent back, too late as it was a birthday gift. Website said no exchange or refunds for reduced items. Wouldn't use them again.
