Purchased a purse as a birthday present. Expensive shipping, poor packaging, no padding around the purse, just in a plastic non-biodegradable plastic bag. Email them regarding the packaging but no response. Very poor considering how much the the purse was and charged £8.00 for postage and packaging. I will not be recommending anyone to use this company

EDIT 10 March - Unfortunately the quality of the bag is not good and the fabric teared only after a few weeks of light use. Very disappointed by this. I have another bag from them which I used for a few years and did not have the same problem.

The bags are very nice and good quality. I've had a small backpack for a couple of years and I ordered a slightly bigger one and a tote bag.
Gave 4 stars because of the returns process. I will return the tote bag because it was not the color I expected. It's not easy to return and they don't cover the costs.

Shipping was expensive and yet it came in a plastic bag with absolutely no protection. In fact, I didn’t quite understand why you included the cloth mat and Nat bag in the package… what’s the point of it anyway? Seems incredibly wasteful. I was shocked at the lack of sustainable packaging or any packaging - there was no thought in it at all for such an “ethical” company….

Unfortunately I picked the wrong shoe size but the company has no return policy. I had to pay to return the shoes. It took a while and a few emails to get them to confirm that they had received the shoes back and to process the refund. Shipping fees are not refundable as per their policy so I just ended up wasting 15£ (return mailing costs plus shipping fees not refunded).
Customer service is polite.

I ordered sunglasses from Matt and Nat for my son for Christmas. Sunglasses looked fine, but the polarisation of the lenses was unbalanced so one lens created odd shadows when you looked through it. I have been trying to get the company to accept a return as the product was faulty. I explained I saw no reason why I should pay for a return as the goods were not fit for purpose. They have refused - only asking for me to send a photo of the damage. I have sent a photo and tried to explain the fault is only obvious when looking through the lenses. Their customer care team have been unbelievably obtuse. I do not want anything from them except what is my consumer right to have faulty goods returned and refunded with no added expense on my part.

"We understand your concern, however we cannot cover the cost to have the item returned if there is no defect. Please send us a photo or a video of the item you received to indicate the damage?" This is literally after 5 emails outlining the fault.

Please do not waste your money with this company. The absolute worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. Their terms and conditions are not legal and the customer service is shocking. I really wish I had never ordered these in the first place.

You left 2 important parts of my address out so my bag was retuned to you twice! Despite my email advising you of my correct address TWICE!!

Really quick delivery

Second time ordering from here, my last bag lasted 5 years with daily use

Unfortunately the colour of the bag was not what I expected but after contacting Customer Care I was allowed to return it even though it was part of a final sale. Only 4 stars because of the high shipping costs to UK and I had to pay for my own return too.

I wish I'd done a bit more research before I'd ordered. These are PUL/PVC bags with the only recycled content being in the liner. I wouldn't say that the quality is any better than the 'leather-effect' bags that retail in fast-fashion outlets for a fraction of the price. I've only had mine a few weeks and it's already showing signs of wear. The stitching doesn't look sturdy and makes the bag look 'lumpy'. Overpriced compared to the quality of the products. I purchased a bag on final sale for half price. Mine was shipped in a plastic bag, no other protection for the product. They use factories in China, which would make it very difficult to figure out who actually made the product and if they're being treated in a fair way. Pure greenwashing.

I loved the beautiful design and the gorgeous materials. However, the stitching was not finished to as high a standard. Lovely size - not too big or too small. Four stars out of five.
