Compre un bañador niña y quise cambiar por una talla más y no me lo cambiaron porque no se cambia por razones de higiene, aunque llevaba la etiqueta. Y eso que vine el día siguiente ...además de muy caro todo...jamás compraré ahí nada...

Terrible experience as a new customer, ordered a boss cap and a boss bucket hat for my kids, arrived and the cap is dirty and the bucket hat looks like it has a burn stain! Tried to contact customer service, email address bounced and phone number is invalid!! How on earth can I speak to anyone!

I will not buy from this company again. I shop a lot on the Children's salon and have done for the last 11 years. I have never had any issue with returns. Kids around couldn't be more unhelpful when trying to return something. Do not leave anything until even 1 day after the 14 days to return as they will not help you. They won't even do a size exchange or credit note.
I will not shop on this site again. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely brilliant service and quality goods. Would I recommend - absolutely! I read the reviews and thought shall I buy from here or not. I took a leap of faith and was amazed. Goods arrived within 2 days via DHL. Was kept informed right until delivery. Thank you for great goods and great service.

Devolvï el pedido en plazos, por discrepancias sobre lo entregado, y hace más de tres meses que estoy esperando devolución importe pagado y no hay manera, después de veinte mails (ya que no hay manera de contactar de otra manera con ellos), me huele a estafa, a ver si leen esta reseña y se dignan a contestar, Pedido n° 11000033012

I ordered a baby bag and when it arrived it didnt match the photos online. I contacted them and they claimed their returns system was unable to generate returns labels so to wait. 2 months later im still waiting and they are now not responding to my emails or messages!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

I have been a loyal customer with this shops for years . Unfortunately i got very disappointed and will never buy anything from them again. I had my last order which exceeded by 2 days the return date and they wouldn’t accept it at any price back !

No item ever recieved. Had the cheek to say I had returned it. Brilliant.

Total scam company paid over £100 for chloe boots what I received was some cheap boots with a Chloe logo obvious fakes when asked to return for a refund just got no reply

The parcel did not arrive and was sent back to the facility. After waiting almost 2 months and sending 2 emails I still have not received my refund.

I was shocked after seeing so many negative reviews but my parcel arrived in 2days and i loved the items. I cant comment on the returns process but overall happy with my purchase.

The items I ordered were counterfeit. They were supposed to be Hugo Boss. Trying to return. They promise you a returns label within 48hrs. I’m still waiting a week later and have sent 3 more emails. Awful company, please don’t order

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a hoodie for a 2 year old and they sent me a hoodie for a 6 month old. There's no way of returning it, the phone number doesn't seem to work and there's no response from customer service after filling in multiple forms over the space of 10 days. I will now be contacting me credit card provider to try and get money back.

Its a scam!!! Dont order from them!!!

Ich habe im Juli 2025 Ware im Wert von 223 € bestellt und bis heute kein Paket erhalten.
Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails (24.07., 28.07. und später) bekam ich keine Lösung.Verkäufer meldet sich garnicht .
Bei PayPal wurde sogar ein falscher Zustellnachweis vorgelegt – angeblich hätte ich mein Paket im Paketshop abgeholt. Das ist nicht wahr, es gibt keinen Abhol-Scan.

Mein Fazit:
Eine unseriöse und betrügerische Firma – ich fühle mich um mein Geld betrogen.
➡️ Finger weg – hier besser nichts bestellen!

This company has not delivered my goods. They gave a DHL tracking number that they don’t even have on record. I have waited 16 days for a delivery that is not going to come. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND TAKE ADVISE FROM THE REDT IF THESE REVIEWS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

SCAM SCAM!!!! Company needs shutting down there have a few websites no one order from here!!!!! orders never show up and no refund gets issued!!

Utterly disappointed with there behaviour. More than 4 weeks now since I placed my order.
Everytime the same person calls and tells me some issue with the order etc and it has been dispatched.
Not refunding my money. Still haven’t received my order. Plz

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order 6 weeks ago which didn’t arrive. Contacted many times for my refund to be told the exact same thing each time, that it hasn’t been processed on their end yet but it will be done today. I then receive the same email that it will be in my bank within 5 days, this has been ongoing for 4 weeks since I started the refund process. Always seems to be the same person that takes the calls and sends the emails as well. Only place orders with this company if you want to be ripped off!

Placed an order the order was never received struggled to get refund seems to be only one person works in this company sent emails to get no response spoke to a person who said get would sort and didn’t I had to keep calling this was well below the experience would expect to receive from a company selling higher end clothing.
