Horrendous experience. When you buy, goods get shipped from UK, when returning, it goes to Netherlands. UPS destroyed my attached invoice and took me ages to resolve to undo the hold on the shipment.... Vis mer
Useless headphones - don’t buy. Second pair I’ve brought now, in both occasions the sound quality has diminished very quickly, ear buds regularly stop working. I won’t be buying from them again.

As many other customers have pointed out, you get to the order confirmation page only to be told hours later that your order could not be processed.
Tried with multiple cards and a friend had the same issue.
Seems to be an issue with their payment providers or their website constantly cancelling orders.

Ordered partybox ultimate never received
Ordered a 2nd partybox ultimate for good deal as I had the 30% discount code on the 13th September it's now the 22nd and still haven't received it the courier is absolutely useless just like jbl customer service contacted them via email so I have proof of contact and they are no help at all just get told they have internal logistics team who is dealing with the carrier. This team is communicating and investigating with the carrier, and once they got the result of the investigation, they will replay to me??? Well how long am I expected to wait? Its either never got despatched or somebody at the carrier facility has stolen it The tracking hasn't updated for days so something is up .
Very disappointing thought service would better with well known company and when ordered expensive item
I will seek legal help and claim my expenses back from company I've had enough now

Expensive prices
Expensive prices, cheap products. Paying more sadly doesn't mean better quality. £70 earbuds used for less than 10 hours, left bud stopped charging, sent back (Ballache) to have the new pair occur the fault within a day. I really can't be asked to take these back to a drop off again.. il take the 70 hit but I will NEVER buy from this company again.
Potentially good brand, but more responsive customer support needed!
Tried to order some over-ear headphones on JBL uk website. I work in the NHS, so used my health services discount code and placed an order but got a follow up email to say that order could not be processed. I rang customer care & followed their advice to try a new device, new browser, clear caches & cookies, used a different bank account etc and I tried each of these multiple times but the orders all got cancelled. So, I took a screenshot of the order confirmation and attached it to an email query to customer care. I got no reply back, but a few days later I was send a survey asking feedback on the service. So, I replied to say that I have not got a response to my query. I was send a email back to try without VPN or paying by Paypal etc. There was no specific advice to fix the problem & allow me to place an order. By this point, I had lost confidence that JBL would be any help if I did have an issue with a product that I had bought, so I decided to buy from another brand.

zero stars aren't an option but DON'T buy from this scam company... they took the money from debit card, no goods were delivered, the chase up email was responded to and said refund would appear in the 10 working days which was over 40 days ago.. now no reply to any emails

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a speaker which was due to arrive before Christmas. After 2 days of unsuccessful delivery attempts (where no one actually tried to deliver) on the third day it got delivered, but not to my house. After lots of back and forth with JBL they are refusing to refund me as they have a picture showing it was delivered, however the picture actually proves its not my house. Not important to them though.
Don't buy anything from them. If anything goes wrong they will not help. It's a scam.

If I could, I would give zero stars, as this is without doubt, the worst on line shopping experience I have ever had.
Ordered at the tail end of November, between hitting purchase and getting the confirmation email. The colour had changed.
I phoned immediately and asked to cancel and was told it was already in process (impossible , I would venture) and that I could re-order the right colour and send back the one I didn't want. It was a "simple" process. Faced with no alternative, this is what I did.
They both arrived.
Because the site didn't recognise my order I had to call them to arrange a return. They did this and gave me instructions on how to proceed. They got it wrong as they told me how to do it if I was in the EU, but didn't notice that I was in England.
My return stalled at customs, they opened it, made a mess of it, and sent it back.
I phoned and made it clear how upset I was and they then tried to give me the wrong information on returning again, before I pointed out that it was wrong.
I packaged up the parcel again and sent it on 23/12/24.
It has now been in a warehouse in the Netherlands, being scanned every day, for 10 days.
I rang JBL again today and was simply told that they would email DFL about the problem. I then pointed out that it was via UPS and was told, "Oh yes, I got confused"
As it stands, I originally sent it back on the 3/12/24 and am still waiting for the return to get back to them and my money refunded. They promise to email me once they have spoken with the courier.
Always they are polite, always they are hopeless in actually helping you.
They give incorrect information.
You can not speak to the same person twice.
This return was, in their words " the easiest thing to do"
It's NOT, it is an ongoing nightmare.
The product, I like (Charge 5 speaker), but the customer service and processes are the worst I have EVER encountered.
I shall NEVER buy direct from them again!
Be warned!
PS I notice that although there are plenty of negative reviews, they don't reply to any of them!

There is currently a hold on arrival to netherlands, which no one is able to undo. I called JBL and UPS at least 15 times in the past 15 days. NEVER AGAIN. BE AWARE, total waste of money. I considered myself have lost the £115 on two crappy headphones. Quality, customer service and return process are absolute SHIIIIT.
Customer service
The products from JBL are very good, but when it comes to customer service, I am truly disappointed. A while ago, I ordered wireless microphones at a discounted price. Unfortunately, on the day of delivery, I was not at home, and they were returned to the store. I didn’t have the chance to arrange a re-delivery. I contacted the store and asked them to resend the items to me, as I really wanted them and didn’t want to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I received a refund instead, and to this day, I haven’t received any response to my request🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️.
Don't bother
Don't order directly from JBL- I ordered some earphones and they didn't give DPD my house number which has resulted in my earphones being sent back to the warehouse.I re ordered and they did the same thing again.
Horrific Customer Service
My family, friends and I own countless JBL products. I have 3 portable speakers, including the Party box 310. JBL sound is clear and impressive and I've never questioned their quality. I have had no problems buying these products, as I've always purchased them in store.
I'd recently received a 30% off voucher from McDonald's and decided to browse the website for some wireless earbuds. It has been an absolutely dire experience. I've had so many issues placing an order on their website. My first order did not go through and customer service was incredibly poor when handling my case. They stated that they had the order and it was processing, promised to call me back to follow up, but they never did. I found myself calling Harman customer service several times over several days, trying to get to the bottom of the issue.
In the end, I'd lost my 30% off voucher and still did not have earbuds.
After complaining several times to multiple representatives on the telephone, I was finally reissued a 30% off voucher, but this time, for the Harman website, not the JBL. Upon trying to order 3 different pairs of earbuds, they are all coming up as unavailable. I have tried 3 different models of earbuds, and all possible colours, yet everything is coming up unavailable.
Is this a prank?! How is this possible? I have never in my life had so many issues with a company, their product availability and website. The frustration caused is enough for me to no longer support JBL with my money. It is enough for me to spread the word and tell as many people as I can to avoid buying JBL products, as customer service is atrocious. They really need to sort it out!
I have decided I will buy my headphones elsewhere. The headache with JBL is not worth the 30%. I'd rather give my money to a company who treats their customers with respect.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a headphone which I did not like it. I have made all the process to return the item, but they don't provide me a shipping label to return it. I contacted the customer service several times, but no one seems to be able to solve the issue. It will take forever until I am able to return this product. Hopefully I won't have problems with the refund process (which I doubt). Save your time and don't buy anything from them!
