Booking been changed without my consent, upon enquiry GOTOGATE ask me to speak with airline, the airline offer to change free of cost but through GOTOGATE but these people were asking more money and at the end no positive response, customer service was really pathetic, rude and unprofessional.

I am posting this to resolve a 60-day delay for a refund. My flight was an involuntary cancellation by Qatar Airways back in April.

I have confirmed directly with Qatar Airways that the refund was already settled to Gotogate weeks ago. However, the support chat continues to give me standard scripts stating they are "waiting for the airline."

This is a clear delay of legally mandated funds for a service not provided. I have Case Number OUT-122707

Book the ticket and paid for it, after few hours received an Emil saying its been canceled and you will refund 3-5 working days.
so disappointed with their service. Do not recommend to anyone .

Prices were way lower than the official site, didn't try to charge me hidden fees. there were alot but they were unhidden

The price increased while I was booking. So not happy about this. Truthfully it was a small increase, but still.

I absolutely hate that the immediately issued confirmation does not have the airline PNR.
Had to wait 10 minutes for that.
