I have no idea where my order is
I have no idea where my order is. I have received a message to say it has been delivered but it isn't at my house. Absolutely terrible delivery service. Most companies when they make a delivery tell you where it is - safe place such as porch, or let you know it's been left with a neighbour and give u their house number. No nothing like that and I have checked with 5 neighbours and the 2 possible safe places. Not even a photo to show where it is. I have used many online companies and this is quite possibly the worst delivery. Once I locate my order I shall review the items!
Edit update - Cupshe have contacted me regarding the above and have issued a full refund. Moreover they have said they will feedback to the courier. It's such a shame as I have used Cupshe before with no issues and would be a shame for a courier to bring down a company reputation.

The website advertises free returns
The website advertises free returns, yet when I returned 2 items I only got 70percent of my money back. Very decieving and I will not shop again unless I get a full refund of my items.
No email received and no one has contacted me.
I paid £90 and got £63 back so I'm sorry it's all lies.

I am happy to change my review if they…
I am happy to change my review if they rectify the problem. All the beachwear I ordered didn't fit so they issued me a coupon for exchange. The second batch didn't work either and they will not refund me. It is actually against my consumer rights. The case is ongoing and they need to fix it otherwise I have to go to my local trading standards office. Unfair contract terms will not hold up.
