I have bought a few swim suits from…

I have bought a few swim suits from CUPSHE. They are really good quality and lovely designs.

I don’t need to return my latest purchase but I bought two swim suits last year that I did not like but they were not returnable or refundable. Had to give to them to charity in the end.

Lovely quality - fab customer service
I bought 2 gorgeous bikinis and a swim skirt for an up and coming holiday abroad. All were really well made and the materials were very good quality. I returned the swim skirt as the waistband was quite thick and heavy and I felt it would be rather restrictive for swimming. I gave Cupshe feedback at their request and was very impressed that they responded by thanking me for my honest review and had already raised my concerns with their design and production teams to re-evaluate the materials and construction of the swim skirt. I also received a prompt refund

Item not received

Item not received and customer services completely ignore you.

I paid for standard shipping: 4-6 Business Days. My confirmation email says: We will let you know as soon as it has shipped. I have had no communication, no item delivered, and my comms has been ignored.

Will now have to try to get a refund - just a total waste of time.

Size is misleading

Size is misleading. I ordered 1 swimsuit n 1 bikini with the same size. I need now to return the bikinicwhich is much too big. The swimsuit is difficult to put on but once on the size nearly fit

Dear Laurence, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the sizing did not meet your expectations.

Please note that although the swimsuit and bikini were ordered in the same size, different styles and cuts can fit differently depending on their design, fabric structure, and level of support. For example, one-piece swimsuits are often designed with a more fitted feel to provide better shaping and support, which may explain why it felt difficult to put on at first but fit more appropriately once worn. On the other hand, bikinis may have a more flexible or relaxed fit depending on the model.

We understand how frustrating it can be when sizing is inconsistent between items, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our sizing guidance and product descriptions for future customers.
