Great service, fast and secure delivery

Bloch delivered exactly what I ordered. The Performa ballet shoe is the best I've ever worn. It comes in a wider fitting, has no drawstrings and is incredibly comfortable. A joy to dance in. The only thing which would make it perfect, would be to have a Vegan split-sole.

Bloch never disappoints with the excellent quality of their products!
I wish I had kept everything I bought but I had to return some. Delivery was fast and the returns were processed and refunded within less than a week with no problems.
Customer service always replies promptly in a polite and helpful way.

Why doesn’t the explanation of the children’s sizes appear before the ordering page. When browsing it looks like the smallest child size is women’s dress size 8. Everything else was very good.

What a rude and incapable outfit! Took the order, then stated would be 2 weeks late only after I enquired. Blamed warehouse move which was hidden in a pink discreet banner on website which the flaky anonymous CS agent said (as don’t give names due to appalling service standards:() I should have checked despite being so hidden!
Then they cancelled my order without permission and then it arrived yesterday anyway!
Fool s , not a clue what they are doing and cost them as free!?
Avoid if you want a decent quality service. Plenty of competitors who simply do it without aggression and stupidity.

Very easy order and delivery, good quality items.

An expensive pair of Bloch tap shoes lost a screw after 3 months of once a week wear.
Enquired with Bloch Customer services for a replacement screw or advice on why there was a fault with barely worn shoes. They advised to see a cobbler or to purchase new taps at an extra cost and pay the cost of having them fitted. Shocking lack of customer care - won’t buy from here again

Unhelpful staff in Covent Garden. They were more interested in chatting and eating their smelly lunch than helping customers. Whenever we had a question we felt like we were disturbing them! We were glad to get out. Shame, as the store is lovely.

I was sent the wrong size shoe (other than I ordered) and have not received any correspondence from two emails that I sent regarding this issue.

Well packaged and quickly posted out; extensive range of items. Main negative - in comparison to competitors - is the lack of free returns. It has cost me a lot to return a few unsuitable items due to their high value (standard compensation of £20 is nowhere near what I needed, so was left significantly out of pocket). Due to this, I will return to use other dance wear shops in the future.
