The customer service is appalling
The customer service is really terrible. They are very condescending and patronising in their responses to you cut and pasting (it seems) the same responses and don't even read your response telling you that their steps don't work. Also, they keep telling me to "contact the seller etc" when they are the bloody seller. They are as stupid as stupid is. I've lost about nine months of data and now this bloody fitness watch is broken and they have discontinued the model. i can't even find a UK address to sue them, because if I could I would. Currently trying to resolve my issue through Resolver, as they don't respond to emails.
