We’re very sorry to hear you had trouble logging into your account due to the new two-factor authentication (2FA) system. This added security layer was introduced to protect customer accounts, but we completely understand how frustrating it can be if the codes aren’t arriving (especially when not in your junk folder).

We also regret if it felt like your support requests were being ignored that’s never our intention. It’s possible there was a missed message or a delay at the time, but we’re here now and would be happy to help resolve any remaining issues.

While we don’t offer phone support, our online ticketing system is monitored 7 days a week, and we aim to respond to all queries promptly. If your messages weren’t getting through at the time, we’d really like to look into that and help put things right.
