I have not experienced any down time or problems and if any time I have asked a question they have got back to me very quickly. The prices are extremely competeive and cannot think of a time I was not happy with the service.

Rapid response getting website back up
Our website/wordpress appeared to have been corrupted by some form of attack. Once reported, UKC told me off their proposed recovery actions and with my agreement they fixed the problems and added extra security.
They responded rapidly to fix the problem and to answer my questions when I didn't understand.
Overall UKC give excellent service, respond rapidly and are well worth the cost.

Great support, giving 4 stars only because there is no way to contact them on the phone. The AI Chat bot is good - a bit more advanced than other sites. They resolved my issues quickly through the support ticket.

Reliable web hosting with competitive pricing
Very easy to set up a new domain and connect to our website. Cost is very competitive. Add ons like email forwarding are useful. Domain management website is very clear and simple to use. Invoicing is clear and concise. The service is reliable.
The company name is the only offputting thing about it.
