I’ve been using UJAM products for four years, and the quality has always been excellent. Very occasionally I’ve had some issues installing a VST, but I contacted them and they resolved the problem quickly with great support.

I am often inspired by the ease of use, getting a rhythm that works or a guitar/keyboard part to sit right in my compositions. They are fast track tools to get my point across. Excellent sounds and effects. Then there is a star off for the fact that every now and then a plugin will close down FL Studio, so I have to be sure and save just prior to loading. It is often stable after, and I can't be certain which software is being 'naughty' but it never happens with other instruments, so . . . ?

These guys are on it not only do they nice products their customer service is even better. They make it happen right away they understand and respect that people want to spend their money with people that are interested in their confidence of support for products they pay for.

I like UJAM products - some better, some weaker, bit on general all good. And I really like UJAM support.

I find Ujam Virtual Instruments very interesting in terms of sound and very user-friendly for compositions. Piano, bass, and drums are my favorites.

Detailed explanations and instruction....felt very personal.

What makes my experience so great is because UJAM instruments is teaching me how to play certain instruments. The layout is easy for anyone to learn. I’m not a producer. I literally make music as a hobby. Mainly hip hop and and rnb. All genres of hip hop. As I’m learning I’m allowing the sounds to take me somewhere. UJAM is awesome.

UJAM Plugins are superb to produce fast demos of songs and "popular" melodies,mostly because there are so many styles and variations and the possibility of combinations. And it's a lot of fun. A variety of guitars, basses, drums, synthesizers and keyboards - and a lot of FX-plugins. An easy way to get your own band! And it's so easy to get that band.
If you're in trouble with the installation - reach out to UJAM and they will react!
I have been through all these steps, and I find it superb.
I play guitar, but recording a beautiful fingerpicking piece can take a long time and many recordings.
With UJAM I choose, what I like, combine what I like, and I enjoy it.

The staff at UJAM went above and beyond to make sure me as a customer was happy they were very understanding and helpful and far as the quality in the plugins is beyond what I thought It really surprised me not like other developers who says they have good plugins and when you get them they sound cheesy and cheap they got the real deal my beats is standing out they sounds cut through the mix keep up the great work I will be definitely purchasing more

Product quality ; EXCEPTIONNAL !! BUT, i have a little problem and needed assistance to solve this issue. In my mind, when i contact UJAM service, it will probably take a week in the best or maybe a month ( base on other brand experience...) NOPE : it take a fews HOURS !!! Yes just a fews hours... UJAM service is UNPARALLEL !!! For now, in my view ; BEST SERVICE on the marcket. Thank you to UJAM TEAMS and LONG LIVE TO UJAM !!! Hanz Zimmer suite are INSANELY GOOD ... and lots and lots of others stuff ( I TOOK EVERYTHINGS...).

I discovered UJAM as a completely amateur musician who only makes music at home and shares it with a few close friends. I am not "in the biz" and have simple needs.

But what I liked about UJAM was that their software is friendly, and that they have such a wide variety of fun instrument series. Virtual guitars, basses, drummers, beatmakers, etc. And founded by Pharrell Williams and Hans Zimmer? This is nothing to sneeze at.

To show my support, I purchased their Music Creation Suite, which includes all their current products under a single purchase. Then as new products are released, I can pay a small fee to add them to my ever-growing library. They also have a great "grace period" policy where new items and updates within a 30 day window have been given to me free of charge without any hesitation...I simply had to ask them to honor this.

Like many DAW-based musicians, you get to a point where you wonder "how can I possibly use all the VSTs I've bought...isn't there such a thing as enough already?" And yet with each new release, UJAM makes whatever they introduce feel fresh and new.

I cannot say enough about how great my interactions with the UJAM support team have been. They value their customers and it shows. Happy to support them.

Variety. A lot of plugins that gives me ideas & inspiring. still keep digging over these products but I'm currently using it aggressively. maybe I'm complaining of CPU usage while I'm using many UJAM plugin in one project. its crashes from time to time.

Great Bass plugins. They sound extremely real. I love the slide up & down of notes on the neck. So realistic.

Excellent customer service! They quickly approved my request for a 7 day retry of Silk 2 after I explained my situation. I truly appreciate the support and am glad to purchase it now.

Ujam's plugins are really fun to use. The sound selection is modern and inspiring, and the random function adds even more variety. However, it's not always entirely clear to me what exactly is affected by the dice rolls in the random function. But overall, they're really great plugins.
